Best Western Fairfax

Room was clean, but we could have used more towels.

We loved the vibe of the property. Even though it was older, it was well maintained. The pool looked nice, but we didnt have a chance to use it. The beds weren't that comfortable but the breakfast was delish!

I plan on staying there again soon

Nice spot, clean, quiet, not too busy during our stay. The pool was nice and it goes up to 8ft. The gym was disappointing because a lot of the machines were down. They don't give enough towels and washcloths. The breakfast was good. You have to walk 5 to 10 minutes to get to stores and restaurants. There is nothing near the hotel property. The walk is not bad. Parking was great and free. The rooms smell old like an attic. Overall not bad

The ladies making up the room and the people at breakfast were great. Front desk was good

Didn't feel very safe at this property. Recommend parking your vehicle in front of the lobby under the light. Breakfast was okay. Staff was helpful. Room was clean enough, but overall, would not stay again if visiting Fairfax.

It had everything we were looking for. A pool for the kids. A nice free breakfast. A clean room with a lot of TV channels. Plus a very easy location close to the freeway and shopping and eating. Plus a super friendly staff!

Rooms were okay , breakfast was good, pool had life guard but he was not attentive was on his phone I had to jump in after my 6 year old who wondered into the 5ft side by accident. She was right infront of him and he didnt notice at all.

The mattress are very bad 👎 i booked 3 rooms if I know the mattress or the bad, I wouldn't book . I pay a lot of money to just enjoy my trip anyway I don't recommend that

Disappointing

Dated rooms accessed from outside - motel-style. We were not expecting this, especially being on the ground floor. We were not able to utilize breakfast services and it started at 7 and we were out before then. There was no drinking water in rooms. Bathroom was decent - looked like it was recently renovated.

Very clean friendly staff The beds were hard as can be so not a good nights rest. Other guests didn’t follow the rules and were throwing cigarettes over the balcony. Another guest thought it was appropriate to take pictures of female guests in the pool who they were not related to and made several female guests and children uncomfortable.

Quite a nice and plentiful selection of both hot and cold breakfast foods and beverages. Plentiful seating. Plentiful parking during our stay. Rooms were comfortable with fridge and microwave, TV, hair dryer... Beds were comfortable.

Location and pool. Bathroom was very clean Bed was too hard. Blankets were old. Furniture was dated and uncomfortable. Curtains very dirty. Carpet dingy
