Clean, super comfortable, very quiet...great stay!

Only issue: the handheld shower head was broken

This Hilton Fairfax location is in the Fair Lakes area of Fairfax County, VA. It’s quietly located amongst corporate offices, but is in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and retail shopping options. The hotel is definitely a top tier accommodation, very clean, comfortable, and high-end amenities. Employees were very professional, courteous, and customer service centric. Great place for a short or longer stay. Highly recommend this Hilton Fairfax for the value!

Wish there was a fan in the shower-yet this hotel is perfectly situated for our family functions-and we enjoy staying there. The breakfast is expensive-but we’re usually not hungry for breakfast-our family is famous for the fantastic food! The pool and exercise room are clean and convenient!

Love the location of the property. The room was decent. Did not like the small toilet/shower combo. The shower could use a deep cleaning. The elevator was super slow.

My room and the staff were just fine. No issues. The elevators were HORRIBLE. Slow, glitching… Doors opening and closing multiple times with no obstruction. Twice I was greeted by an elevator car that just had a rolling trash bin inside… With no employee. My only other real complaint was no complimentary coffee in the morning. I have no problem with a stay not offering breakfast or snacks, but there’s zero excuse for any hotel not to at least offer a cup of coffee in the lobby on your way out to start the day… Even the cheapest stays offer that.

Good place to stay - room was clean and fresh but the floor we were on had a strange smell. Hopefully a temporary thing as everything else was very nice.

Excellent staff in a clean and neat surroundings. I wish there was a bell hop or staff member to help me with my luggage because I was traveling with my pyically challenged husband.

Nice modern hotel in good location near Fair Oaks Mall. Close to George Mason and Dulle Airport. It is nice and modern. No issues.

Clean room and friendly staff

Loved the design of the hotel, open spaces from entrance flow thru to huge lounge and bar area then into Nova restaurant. Excellent breakfast service. Thanks Gustavo! Large comfortable rooms. Love the way the sleep and bath area is separate from the sofa area. The building is surrounded by greenery. So peaceful with views of foothills of Shenandoah mountains on clear days. My go to hotel for Fairfax! And thanks to Arlene for wanting to help make my stay even better.!

How they swept it under the rug about a family in a room next to me that stayed up all night screaming in Holland and they asked him to leave at 3:40 AM I in Room 209 and the family in 211 the kids screamed and hollow and cried all night and at 3:40 after we call the front desk they were asked to leave I believe so cause he got quiet at 3:45
