The dryer was broken. The carpet in the room was coming up by the door so it was impossible to get in and out of the room because the carpet was stacked up against the entry door. Breakfast meats were really unappealing. Maintain carpet and facilities.

The location is only a little over a mile away from Fairfax corner. A great shopping areas with restaurants, movie theaters,etc. The breakfast was average. A lot of food but not of the greatest quality.

We stayed 4 nights and we're completely satisfied with the hotel. The lobby was always stocked with coffee and hot tea. It was a clean common area to play board games and eat takeout. Hotel staff very friendly, Beds comfortable, rooms clean and spacious. Hotel location appears to be safe and clean. Parking garage easy in and out. Very nice complimentary breakfast that staff worked very hard to keep stocked. We would definitely stay again.

The pool was not open although it said the pool was supposed to open on June 30th. You should not advertise having a pool if you know it won't be open. The pool is one of the reasons we chose this hotel so the sign was very upsetting upon our check in. We also reserved for two rooms with both of them having two beds, I also requested joining rooms. They were unable to accommodate our request for the joining rooms which has never happened before when I reserved rooms. We got our keys and went to our rooms and each room only had one bed, that is not what we reserved. The lady at the counter was very unhelpful and very nonchalant about the whole situation then she finally got a manager. The manager was nice even though they still could not accommodate our request for two beds in the room nor adjoining rooms. He ended up giving us another room. My family and I we're all split up I was traveling with my husband and our three kids. The manager said he did the best he could so I thanked him but this whole thing was inconveniencing.
