Great private room tucked away behind the shops. Secure, spotlessly clean, good facilities, modern furnishings and light, bright compact room. Very comfortable, soft bed. Little touches like complimentary bottles of water. Free voucher for a drink at the co joined pub. In room drinks and snacks can be ordered and late night meals. Quiet stay considering it's area. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Carried my suitcase to the room and escorted me into the accommodation with good information and communication. Location is excellent, behind Woolworths, eateries and with the little brown jug hotel, BWS bottle shop on site. As I was there for work handy having an office table and chair. Good shower and bathroom. Definitely will stay again. Didn't mind the x3 levels of stairs and although it may look a little aged on the outside the inside is lovely. Good housekeeping services too, with all little things noticed and replaced. Overall a reasonably priced, cheerful little stay, thank you! Finding the accommodation entry was a bit tricky, but helpful staff. Could benefit by having a basic hairdryer available to use and perhaps a face washer.

It was close to where we had to be next morning. It was quiet (Tuesday night). Clean & comfortable. The entrance looks like it’s not a motel, all you see is a door & keypad. You can’t see through the door, so I was wondering what we would find. Looks are deceiving as once inside it looks great. Perhaps that’s so it does not attract unwelcome visitors being in between a pub & a bottle shop.

Although the staff on phone were bit stiff But the lady during check in was nice and helpful and walked the extra mile with us Cleaners are neat and professional Where should i start There is no lift One switch for all lights in room Bathroom fan was making sound, no one could tolerate Rooms odour were not the best (room carpet need deep clean)

Location very good to cloes to avry thing transport to fairfield and stocland

The location was perfect for me as all my travelling was around ferfield. Nothing bad.
