Very clean. Efficient and pleasant staff. They go the extra mile . One of the best Hamptons I’ve stayed in! The indoor Pool is very nice too and the long hours are appreciated. . The air freshener in the halls and lobby is a little too strong for my taste.

Everything was a little sparse in the room as far as amenities. Like towels we had to go down and get more towels and the towels were very cheap. No cups or napkins in their room. Other than that everything was great

Clean location Lack of communication nor any type of greeting at arrival during the late shift. It is important to greet people and make them feel welcome.When you make that first impression at any place of business. This is lacking in many places. Other than this, the whole experience was great. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast area looked nice The air conditioning had been completely shut off in this room for sometime. The room was humid, and foul smelling. The bed was very uncomfortable. This is the first time we have ever left a hotel, without spending the night. We were there an hour, and left.

Perfect location that was surrounded by stores, restaurants and gas stations. The hotel was clean, quiet and helpful staff. I also appreciated that when I checked in with my dog they provided a list of an emergency vet, boarding, pet stores and pet friendly restaurants.
