I am a Malaysian traveller and stayed at this hotel. This is a 4-star hotel, and all the pictures shown are real and accurately represent the property. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. They provide a buffet breakfast with a good variety of food. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist guests. As a pleasant surprise, I received complimentary welcome cookies upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with an Uber ride costing around ₹200. It is also about 15 minutes from the Ram Temple, making it a good choice for both transit travellers and visitors. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to other travellers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed 4-star hotel. I accidentally made a mistake when booking my stay. Instead of booking for 1 June, I mistakenly selected 1 July. However, I would like to thank the hotel management, especially Miss.Krithi, who was extremely helpful and understanding. The hotel agreed to provide me with a full refund despite the booking mistake, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Booking.com was very disappointing. Even though the hotel had agreed to the refund, Booking.com was slow to respond and not helpful throughout the process. I was left to handle most of the communication and follow-up by myself. Their customer support was unprofessional and did not provide the assistance I expected. The hotel did everything possible to help resolve the issue, but the booking platform made the process unnecessarily difficult. If you plan to stay at this hotel, I would recommend booking through other platforms or directly with the hotel rather than using Booking.com.

Staff is courteous and always smiling. It is a small property but well maintained. We liked it .

Lovely property. Helpful staff. Rooms and the overall facilities where really a value for money. Staff were always happy to help with a smile and that is a key to any good service. Indian food was really good but some fancy items listed weren't upto the mark.

A known brand in Ayodhya It was highly overpriced, considering the size of the room and facilities. The staff needs more training. Breakfast quality was mediocre, Location far away from the main temple. No complimentary airport pickup or drop-off. Overall, disappointing.

The food was very good. Too pricey, small rooms..not worth the price.

Clean and easy to find location. Broken equipment like hot water kettle ( in parents room), and non working bars ( no cold just room temperature ) Airport transport was not complimentary, not clearly mentioned as such and was overly expensive. Only one jet per room was provided leading to lots of inconveniences.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in India. The rooms have no isolation, you can hear everything from other rooms, from people talking to furniture being dragged. This is especially annoying when it happens in the middle of the night and the night staff don’t do anything about it. I was unfortunately there on a night where a wedding was going on and people were coming in and out of rooms, all night long, talking and laughing in the hallway, in the middle of the night, banging doors and dragging chairs. It’s was extremely stressful and I got no sleep at all. The only thing the hotel did was give me another room the next day. They didn’t reimburse my stay for that night and didn’t compensate me in any financial way. This is definitely not how a 4 star hotel would treat its customers in the west. And now I understand why payment has to be made in advance. The quality offered is subpar to a 4 star hotel and is not matched by the price of the room. It costs a fortune to have no sleep and be constantly disturbed by noises coming from poorly built facilities.

OK . MAY BE IT CAN BE BETTER. HYGEINE OF THE PLACE .Bath towels provided were not clean .

This property charged us 5 star prices for 3 star services and amenities. We did not get value for the money we paid.

Nothing Rooms were outdated. Staff not helpful. Giving one keycard for two adults was inconvenient, concierge ok. Lunch buffet ok but A la carte not tasty
