The ambience of the restaurant on rooftop is excellent. The restaurant staff and manager are polite, courteous and very helpful. The food is tasty but not too heavy on oil and spice, which is good. Rooms don't have natural light.

Breakfast was very nice. Location was good. Evening front-desk is staff were very nice. Very noisy windowless room at the back of the hotel on the second floor. Sounded like someone on the next floor was dragging furniture across the floor until late at night. Front-desk person was a bit odd on checkout. We had an INR 75 bill for water and they could not accept payment in cash.

The restaurant staff and the cleaning staff were lovely n very helpful. The receptionist , although a nice young lady, had an abrupt manner when she asked for full payment of the room prior to booking us in. Could be done in a nice polite way. Please please , DO NOT Trust OM, the guy who "supposedly" helps you with the car travel arrangements n charges you exorbitant price for a small journey. He says he does not receive anything from it, but upon talking to the taxi drivers, it became clear that he takes a big chunck of the money . A trip to the Ram Mandir n back, with a taxi taken from outside the hotel cost us 500rupess , whereas , the hotel taxi the night before, where the driver just dropped us n waited in car for 2hrs n dropped us back, cost us 4500 rupees . It's a proper con, so please DO NOT MAKE ANY TRAVEL Arrangements with/from Cyne

Very bad experience. The hotel charges Rs 2200 just for a drop to the mandir. It's fine to charge for a drop off, but this rate is unacceptable and unreasonable. They charge Rs 500 for driver's accommodation. We had gone to the mandir, and they refused to provide accommodation until I came back and paid for it. BTW, no one picks up their phone, so god forbid if one needs to talk to the hotel , one can not.

New Hotel. Good breakfast service. Ask for the tea and coffee made right there for you. Very good Breakfast personnel No window that opens, air is stale and smelly. And a slightly pushy receptionist at the door who wanted us to leave at 12.00 at departure and demanded that we move our luggage out. Could have been slightly accommodating. Finally, the swimming pool access is next to the breakfast room with a lot of stairs. Its slippery whilst climbing or descending stairs. An accident waiting to happen.
