We were next to a family that was screaming at their child all night (past midnight) and again for hours the next morning beginning at 7. While the hotel cannot help what guests they have, we did report this to the front desk given we heard the child screaming and whimpering through the wall for his dad to “please stop” in addition to multiple obscenities. Front desk responded by telling us the family would be checking out that morning. When we expressed concern about the safety of the child we were told by front desk staff they’d ask a manager how to handle. We didn’t hear anything else. I am surprised how easily they dismissed concerns about child welfare. I would hope that any resort would have policies in place to address this but that did not seem the case.

The hotel is quite clean, but it doesn’t have a breakfast area. There’s only a small convenience shop. That said, for this particular area, it’s actually a pretty decent hotel.

and relaxing. The snack shack has great snacks and the staff were very accommodating! This does not reflect on the Pala Mesa Resort....Be aware when booking and avoid the A1 reservations that add extra charges. Go to their actual web site.

Friendly staff, located right on the golf course, restaurant on site, easy parking. The room was a bit dated and could use a refresh or remodel. But overall a very pleasant stay with easy access to Fallbrook and the freeway.

Beautiful property with a super clean room overlooking the golf course. Staff was very friendly & accommodated our request for early check-in for an affordable extra fee. Parking directly in front of the room with handicap access. Very peaceful, serene & quiet. We definitely recommend Pala Mesa Resort & will return for a future stay.

The golf course was pretty. The rooms were hot, they were unable to meet be me to a comfortable room. The sheets were hard. There was a bug in my room.

Lots of spiders, cobwebs that were suggestive of room not being cleaned properly. Dark red stains along the bed frames.
