Hampton Inn is always my go to hotel however I was disappointed with my overall stay. The breakfast was the most disappointing staff were not refreshing items leacing people waiting.

Hot breakfast, nice staff . During my four nights stay only one elevator was working used for both guests and for services There was strong cigarette smoking odor which make feel uncomfortable specially at night although I have booked non smoking room .

We stayed 2 nights, Friday and Saturday. The room was never cleaned by the staff on Saturday. There was only ONE elevator working. Ran into someone on our last day who stated that they had been there since Wednesday with only one elevator. The front desk Staff was very helpful. The hotel is off of Route 50 and a little difficult to get into. There was plenty of parking. The TV service was great and bathroom nice for Seniors.
