Loved everything about this hotel. Super cute, clean, free delicious coffee each morning, and connected to a bakery! If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely stay again.
-
The location was fabulous. The only downside was the room did not have a mini fridge which was inconvenient as I had meds I needed to keep at refrigerated.

Hotel is clean and very quaint/welcoming. It’s directly above Godfrey’s and so convenient! You can go get a coffee, meal or cocktail when you want. Godfrey’s also has still or sparkling water on tap so you can grab a glass or carafe for your room. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but has everything you need. Will definitely stay again!

Great location, exceptional staff, great restaurant on property, great morning coffee service, and free easy parking onsite. Comfortable, clean room, but wish there had been another window for a little more natural light.

Wish the rooms had closets, but otherwise great location, great restaurant downstairs.

This is my favorite place to stay when I have to come to Northern Virginia. It's in a great, walkable section of Falls Church. The hotel is well run and maintained. It has never disappointed.

Found three bed bugs on our beds!

Clean and modern, good location. Quiet. Tasty breakfast, lunch and coffee shop at front of building. The voucher for morning « complimentary » muffin was only for one of our two person party, which seemed a little ungenerous. Although the muffins were quite large!

Everything Nothing

The bathroom light was on a timer, which kept going off when I was in the shower. Minor, but annoying.

Design, staff & Godfrey’s pastries were wonderful. The bathroom light was on a timer, which kept going off when I was in the shower. Minor, but annoying.

The bar & bakery downstair is great! Nothing, we liked everything. Only thing missing is a refrigerator.

It was clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. I did not like the lights in the bathroom automatically came on based on motion, and I could not do anything about it. The size was a little bit small for my taste. I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom either. It was more house-like than hotel like. And l know it's a boutique hotel. The elevator was small. This was more like a three star than a four-star hotel. Rating on the site is incorrect. It really was like a three-star hotel. But the price is that of a four star. It's not worth it for me and I would not recommend it personally even though it was clean, if you are looking for something four stars and up

Athough the room is small, it has everything you need. If you request something, they bring it to you. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, very comfortable. Geoffrey's Bistro located in the Hotel was also great. The staff was courteous and efficient and the food was excellent.

Staff was fantastic! The hotel had a Wonderful restaurant, bakery and pastry shop in one location. They serve breakfast, brunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking at certain times will be a premium so be aware. Also, they have parking across the street. I was told. Stay here, park your car and Lyft or Uber to Washington. They also have bicycles available for riding and touring. Highly recommend! Enjoy!!
