Great view! Property needs updating! Nobody in charge of property.

We were looking for a quiet ocean front room to relax. unfortunately loud guests next to us and the balcony noise traveled into our room when door was left open. People also chose to drink and party on the beach directly outside your room till after 3am keeping us awake. Unfortunate

While the location and private beach were ideal, the property is in a general state of disrepair and has not been maintained. Not a good value for the price.

Room was decorated nicely w beach theme. My stay was towards end to of summer season so room in need of deep cleaning corners, windows n behind n under beds.

I went to use the towel and boom the whole bar fell off. After that as I started to un pack I noticed the chair was filthy started checking out the places of course the vents were as well. The next morning was terrible with banging so much of the doors slamming I had to call front desk ! A first for me . it was horrible to wake up to let alone on your vacation . No different after telling the front desk the next morning after it was worse as if they did it more on purpose . anyways the property itself and beach are nice and location is great but the stay wasn’t .

The entrance of the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Check-in was at 4:00 PM, but our room was not ready until 5:30 PM, even after I contacted customer service. Once we finally got into the room, the cleanliness was disappointing, and the TV did not work. The room itself had an old motel-like feel, and the overall quality and upkeep of the hotel did not match the description or photos presented on the website. The biggest positives were the beautiful view and the convenient beach access, which were both lovely. Unfortunately, those positives were not enough to make up for the condition of the room and the delayed check-in. Overall, I would give this hotel 2 stars. The location and beach access have great potential, but the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep to match what guests are led to expect from the website.

They make you leave at 11 o'clock in the morning on the dot at check out but the rooms are never ready until 6 PM so why rush out if not ready or even started cleaning until probably 4? As a courtesy, if they make you wait two hours, they should automatically give you a late checkout or give you a complementary breakfast?

The air conditioner could not get the room less than 75°, the mattress should be in a motel that you rent by the hour, the front desk has one person there less than you would find in a motel six to get to the beach walk by the dumpster what is the resort fee on top of a $500 night room that overlooks a parking lot the worst value I have ever experienced. I will continue to find places to post reviews, and I will continue to post them under other names. Anything I can that might keep people from going to this hell hole of a property where the owners obviously I just raking it in without putting anything back, including training, including personnel, including furnishings the lantern room has all the atmosphere of a school cafeteria and a menu that belongs at a TGI Fridays To call yourself, a four star property is a joke. Two stars would be generous.

Beautiful resort overall but standard room was outdated and in need of a few upgrades.

Very nice resort.

Room walls are paper thin, felt like I was sharing my room with the people next door. Had zero privacy. A dog barked for the majority of the night. There was a fecal stain in the toilet. Terrible experience
