Fair price. Mini-frig, bathroom sink and shower clean, sheets clean. Floor could have been much cleaner.

    Great place

Hotel had been updated however it’s still old inside and worn, but our beds were comfortable. Everything worked. They really do need to work on replacing the shower curtains because no one wants to take a shower with the old shower curtains looking like they have mold on them pretty gross.. but overall this is a very budget friendly place. Just be aware that there are people that live there and rent month-to-month.

    Outdated rooms

The room was filthy. They made me wait for my room because the housekeeper was still in there. When I finally got to my room they'd put me in the wrong room so the room they "cleaned" wasn't the room I got. There was no garbage can. But the air conditioner worked well. Fridge worked. TV was ok. Parking was free and not bad at all besides a dirty parking lot full of people bumming smokes, asking if you want or can get something you probably shouldn't there was an empty baggie in my room just the corner of a baggie. If id had kids with me this time round, I would have never stayed.

The front desk quoted us US$94, but when I checked Expedia, the same room was available for about C$88, so we decided to book through Expedia instead. We were told check-in was at 3:00 PM, so we returned later. We came back around 5:00 PM very tired after traveling. Unfortunately, the condition of the inn was very disappointing. The area and hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. The hallway carpet was dirty, and the room itself did not feel clean. The bed sheets had stains, the microwave was not working, and the shower curtain was stained. The toilet was very old, heavily scratched, and loose—it moved when sitting on it. The room also had poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear footsteps and people walking in the hallway, which made us feel uncomfortable and even a little scared. We were already exhausted and had no choice but to stay because we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would never stay at Bison Inn & Suites again and would not recommend it.

Room had water damage and hair in the shower. Towels were dirty. Then when we left there was someone passed out on the stairs outside our room. It was a safety issue

    Very dirty,no

All staff minus 1 were extremely helpful. They do however need to put bars on both sides of the ramp so it's easier for us disabled people to get up it. But the staff has been helpful by pushing me up it. I would love to keep staying here if they could lower the price or give a free night

For a smoke free hotel, our room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The smell got worse when turning on the A/C but we had to have it on because without it, it was too hot. There was a maxi pad stuffed into the air conditioner vent.... it looked clean but still... They have you park around the back near specific entrances but all of the entrances cannot be opened with your key card, because their system isn't working, except the main entrance so you need to haul luggage all the way around the building. The plunger in the toilet tank was broken so you had to remove the lid and manually press down the plunger for the tank to fill in order to flush the toilet. The sheet came off the mattress during the night and in the morning we noticed that the mattress was heavily stained. Glad we didn't see that before we laid down :( There was a very large man in a filthy t-shirt with his belly hanging out just "lingering" in the lobby when we checked in. Pros (and the only reasons for the 3 stars): The woman that checked us in was super friendly and nice. The woman that checked us out was also very nice and apologetic about the broken toilet. The bed was comfy.

There is no enough lighting around the perimeter

Not to mention I booked two a room with two beds but they ended up giving me a room with single bed. Overall the experience this time was not pleasant as previous times.
