Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City/Farmington

The beds were horrible, the shower wouldn't drain, the TV did not work. When I called the front desk for help with the TV they just said sorry there is nothing we can do our TVs just suck, we get complaints about them everyday. What kind of hotel doesn't care when something that is affecting every single room in their building doesn't work. Not even willing to try and fix it. TV isn't the most important thing, but when you pay for something you expect it to work or atleast have the company care. So if you want to watch TV do not stay here.

Location, price and cleanliness. Nice staff and people. Beds were too firm. Spare blanket had holes in it! Weird…

I solo travel so this by far the best hotel I’ve been too, super clean, good food + coffee! I got lucky with my TV too!

Exceptional

Breakfast had many options. I asked a special request and it wasn’t granted. All I wanted was a top floor as I despise hearing people above me. I heard THUMP THUMP THUMP. No whole milk. Either skim or 2%. Just low fat options. Hot tub was luke warm. Maybe 101 degrees. Pool was murky and my kid didn’t want to swim in the murky water.

Room was clean, breakfast was great, and staff was very helpful.

Exceptional

Staying at the hotel I was with a three year-old and an infant we checked in around five. The hotel itself was hot like they didn’t run AC and the room when we got to the room the temperature was set at 77. We turned the AC on till about 70 and it stayed about 77 so the AC did not work. We went down to the pool which was very clean. The staff was very friendly in the morning. breakfast was great and clean but also in the morning the toilet got clogged and no one was there to fix it until 10 o’clock when we were already about to check out so that means we can use the bathroom all morning.

The property was easy to access, all the employees were very kind and helpful. Only issue we had was the AC not working in our room at first, when I reported it they sent someone up within 5 minutes to take a look and reset the unit. The digital reading on the thermostat settings were not readable as they then a stat was dying. They did report they were working on getting replacements for them.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast, good size pool and hot tub. Extremely close to Lagoon and Station park shopping!

Our two night stay at The Hampton Inn was conveniently located near the Clinic where we needed to be, offered a Suite which came with a microwave and a refrigerator, which finding both in a room is seeming to become a thing of the past, and provided us with rooms rates that could not be beat. The only thing that could be improved is their breakfast offerings which were either of questionable origins or were served at a temperature that was entirely too cold. Otherwise our trip went smoothly…

The property is showing a lot of wear and tear. We had a very noisy guest above us and had to call the front desk twice before giving up and didn't sleep. Very frustrating because this is a hotel we used to love every trip to Farmington Utah.

Everything was great. That once again will be staying there. I highly recommend this location to my family and friends. I am in the process of making another reservation for my brother and wife. Thank you and keep up the great work. They will all come back to your location.

It was an INCREDIBLE stay. I don’t have anything negative to say about our experience. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful!
