location - Staff was helpful room was too small
-
Garage was really tight - parking the car there as well as getting out was a tough chore - if you plan to park there, opt for a smaller car.

We totally enjoyed our stay! Our room was lovely with a view over the harbour and town. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the dining room and terrace views were awesome! The location was right in the middle of everything. We took the bus to and from Faro and the main coach station was only a 5 minute walk away. There were storks nesting on a rooftop just beside the hotel and it was fun to watch the comings and goings of them....something we'll never see in Canada! We'd like to come back one day and explore the area around Faro. N/A

rooftop bar was great, building was modern, beds were comfortable, cleaning was good, coffee, tea and mini fridge was great in the room the pool wasn't very clean looking so we didn't go in. there was a smell in the room that couldn't be aired out. parking is too expensive for guests, there was no ventilation in the bathroom

Staff at reception were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was spacious and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant area was lovely. The pool area was not set up to accommodate many people, and did not have a shaded area, so we couldn’t use it. The deck in our room looked only into rooftops. The shower set up made the floor very wet in the bathroom.

We didn’t have long enough to appreciate it.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. No complaints. It was a great stay. Corkscrews in the rooms would be nice.

One of the best hotels to have stayed in. Excellent staff, food and location. Not single thing.

They should control the in and out of the car park because sometimes you could be trapped in the middle of the ramp with another vehicle trying to go in .

Breakfast was excellent, couldn't ask for anything more, as it was when we stayed for one night a month earlier. Also nice to begin a welcoming drink, a low cost item for the hotel but noteworthy. I always think that the hotel manager should stay in a room overnight with his/her spouse to find out what the shortcomings of a room are. In our stay a month earlier we had to move the coffee machine because the extension cord was too short, had to get down on our knees to get under the counter to plug things in. Ridiculous. There is no voltage notice on the bathroom plug, I plugged in our nightlight and tripped the breaker for all the lights in our room. It took a while for the staff to realize that the breaker was not in our room panel, but down the hall in another panel. In both rooms that we stayed in there was only one bench to open luggage -- Most of your rooms have couples probably, so the second person as to open their luggage on the floor, not easy for a person in their 80s. Room 227 has something like a couch that can be used to sleep on, but is useless to sit on comfortably. Two chairs would be much more useful. Maybe the manager could stay a night and realize the shortcomings in sitting comfort.

Great location & facilities and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
-
Location, breakfast,early check-in. Nothing significant
-
Small elevators and unfriendly staff.

Location was superb. Right beside the marina and the old town. The bedroom was very spacious. Staff were great, allowing us the use of the gym, sauna etc after checkout as we had a late flight. Unfortunately there was no view of the marina. The shower tray overflowed badly onto the bathroom floor. There was a lack of shelves/drawers/storage in the bedroom for any personal items we might have liked to unpack. Tepid breakfast buffet.

Amazing location, very kind staff especially at breakfast and in the restaurant, some evenings I was too tired to head out and had superb food in the hotel rooftop restaurant, the pool is small but cleverly positioned for some afternoon sun, good bed which is SO important. No Netflix/smart tv . Seems silly as you’ll not be in Faro to watch tv but I was there by myself for five days and would really have liked to actually use the tv in the evenings.nobody watches cable anymore.
