Fasano is centrally located allowing day trips to Ostuni, Monopoli, Pogliano a Mare, Apuglia, Bari, Brindisi, and surrounding cities. All locations are all an hour away or less. There are many great Masserias (farms) in the area available for dining. I was surprised most restaurants in all locations listed require a reservation including pizzerias. The breakfast was good and included vegetarian and gluten free options. Fresh warm croissants every morning, seasonal fruit, small selection of meat and fresh local cheese, grilled vegetables and different coffee biscuits. Great cappuccinos, lattes, and tea. Spacious outdoor terrace shaded by large umbrellas or indoor seating available for breakfast. Host and small staff were warm, gracious, attentive, and very hospitable. My husband got sick while we were there and the host drove us himself to the only pharmacy open on a Sunday to get a prescription filled and offered to come in and translate if necessary. We were not planning to purchase eSIM’s because our cellular provider offered service there, however, WiFi was somewhat unreliable at the B&B. We had to purchase eSIM’s for our phones so we could tether to other electronics including the smart tv in our room. The host was actively working on WiFi improvements while we were there.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was fresh, clean and really nice. The host was wonderful, very nice and accommodating, wanting to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was a buffet with a good variety. I really liked that there wasn't just sweets but you could also have bread and make a sandwich, as well as fruit and vegetables. I would have loved to stay there for longer, but am definitely open to coming back. Comfortable walking distance to a bunch of food options.

Great location, with secure parking. The owner and his family are lovely and very hospitable. Unfortunately there was a large group who were very loud and inconsiderate during our stay. I needed to call the owner in middle of the night to make a noise complaint which was handle well and promptly. Some things that could make the room more functional: 1) hooks in the bedroom to hang coats, bags, scarves 2) a mirror in the bedroom (for getting ready while the other person showers) 3) some more soft furnishings to help with noise insulation eg rugs.

Everything was grat, we even booked another night, the host is amazing allways able to help. Our room had spirit of Puglia and we loved evrey inch of it. The staff does not speak eglish(just the owner), but they are family, so it makes it cute. As I do not speak italian and needed two plates for dinner in my room, I met grandparents and as they were trying to help, the grandpa handgestured me to come in, when I refused he jokingly showed/told me it is free of charge...it was so funny ans sweet...but of course the owner was on his way and was there in a few... always on hand. The cherry on top were big balcony and the lights everywhere, each and ewery part of the room had its own lights, the night stand, the top of the bed... even the bathroom under the sink, the mirror, even the shelf in the shower... That we couldnt stay longer

We really liked this property it is very well located to use as a base. The host Emanuele was an excellent host and he was very generous in answering our questions. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice. It was hard to believe that we were in the centre of the city. It is essential to book a car space if travelling by car. Fasano itself didn't have much to offer. The property was beautifully maintained but does not have a lift. It also has steps into the reception itself. The breakfast room is located on the first floor so I am not sure how accessible it is for someone with mobility issues. We have no such problems so I may not be fair in this comment.

Looks amazing, even the electric sockets are a bit hidden from your view. True attention to detail. Make sure to check if you got your charger because you won’t see it. The host was great, we had a nice talk and laugh together. The breakfast was good. You can see easily park in the street.
