Al Palazzo La Dimora

We booked this room at the last minute. We were in a hurry to get something booked, and thought we had booked a room in Ostuni. Turns out it was in Fasano, which we had never heard of but only 20 minutes further down the road. It turned out to be lively little city, delicious restaurants and some great shop. The room was beautiful and wonderfully furnished. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and huge tub.

The stay was great - its a cross between an airbnb and hotel. An apartment style spacios with cleaning service, breakfast nearby and a concierge style staff. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. The staff was super helpful and kind and communicated efficiently via whatsapp. The breakfast is included in a neighborhood cafe 2 minutes walk - everyone is very friendly and generous - it was great to have included in the stay. The location is extremely central and the town is great. There is no view of the garden rather another building and the balcony is just the window/door can open with a rail but its not really a terrace. Lack of facility - at least a small garden or space to work - there is a landing lobby but you cant really use it bc of the proximity of the rooms with other guests. There is a very small fridge that doesnt get very cold like room temperature incase you expect to use something like this.

This hotel was really sleek, modern, and comfortable, with lots of little thoughtful touches. It was super comfy and we had a really nice, restful stay. We asked for a steamer and a lint roller from the staff and they got them to us, and gave us a slightly late check out. The location is easily walkable to bars/restaurants. I didn't love that there's no lobby as we had to wait half an hour for a staff member to come let us in when we arrived.

We had a massive room, very well decorated, minimal but such attention to details. I love the room. It’s very clean and the cleaning lady is super nice. She multitasked when I bought some of their products, she’s such an excellent sales! She let me try the scents and handled the payment very well without rushing me despite she was cleaning another room when I bothered her. She deserves a raise! The contact host. She was a bit annoyed when I told her we are coming coz we came earlier than the check-in time. I spoke to her on the phone and she just hung up while I was still talking. My husband called her, she was nicer to home coz he speaks Italian. If she can’t handle the English well she shouldn’t handle foreign guests. When she arrived for our bag drop she seems so annoyed and in a rush to leave with her friend/family. She refused to talk to me and only dealt with my husband despite the fact I was the one who booked the room

What a find - amazing apartment and we were so well looked after by the team Had a balcony and roof terrace - which was ‘wow’ - just need some furniture there so people can sit out in the sun

The room was very nice, clean and well equipped. The property is in a great location. It is a very good base for exploring the surrounding towns (Alberobello, Locorotondo, etc). There were no problems with parking in the area. Our host Natalia was very kind and helpful. I can recommend this facility.

It is very beautiful! The breakfast should include more choice and should include more details what includes. It is at the bar nearby but you don’t know what you can get. It’s everything “on the fly”. Foreigners are not used to have breakfast with “brioche and cappuccino” only!

I liked the room and room space. It was comfortable. We wanted a hotel vibe but it wasn't one. It was a shop front with rooms upstairs. I am pretty sure they have hotel tags on the stay but it was misleading and probably would have booked somewhere else if I knew. They had pictures of the outdoor area and it looked promising but you couldn't access it, and it was misleading.
