Great location, pretty hotel, shuttle to beach and front hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Also nice touch to be provided with beautiful, plush beach towels every day. Also, another nice touch was picking you up and dropping you off at the ferry, well most people were dragging their bags to the ferry. Nothing

No pool

Breakfast, gorgeous design of hotel, staff helpful and friendly.

We had a problem with one of our rooms plumbing and there was a smell of sewage and the property insisted there was nothing wrong.

Hotel was a great location, walking distance to center of town and close to the beach. Hotel was clean with friendly staff

Great location and staff were brilliant. They arranged bicycles for us, and we rode around the island exploring. Close to the piazza and found great restaurants to enjoy Sicilian food.

A nice four-star hotel an easy walk from the town centre, with helpful staff and amazing views over to the island of Levanzo. Our room gave out onto a run-down neighbouring courtyard which, given the location of the hotel, was a pity. The breakfast spread was low on fresh fruit.

Very clean and the breakfast was wonderful We booked a two bedroom only to learn the second was a pull out couch. The other couple were able to book another room thankfully

Perfect location close to downtown, overlooking well kept garden and amazing view of the ocean. Spacious bedroom. Good breakfast on panoramic terrace Breakfast, when they run out of a product they often don’t replenish it, so if you don’t show up early for breakfast your choice may be limited

Exceptional

The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job of maintaining the rooms and common areas. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests and making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is 5 min walk from center and beautiful view . one downside to the hotel is that the rooms are not soundproof. Unfortunately, I could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms.

I liked that the layout of the rooms, it was reminiscent of a village. I loved the views from the breakfast room and the breakfast, though a bit sweet for my tastes. The location was great, close to the main port and restaurants. The shuttle bus service was very good, one of our party doesn't ride bikes so she was able to meet us at the beach. The complimentary shuttle to the ferry was very helpful, though I did not know about this service when we arrived. It would have been great if the facility had a self-service laundry. We had travelled for days before arriving on Favignana so we had laundry, and then had to travel to Rome with more dirty laundry. The cost of having our clothes laundered was too much.
