I would suggest this as a great, cost-effective hotel in the area.

Our room was quiet and very clean. This motel is in a convenient location for us whenever we stay in Fayetteville.

I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet. Which was surprising because the bed was neatly made. We did notify the front desk to have someone come and change the bedding. I will say there is room for improvement on being my mindful when cleaning the rooms. Other than that everything was fine,

Great property overall clean and in a great location The front desk manager did not follow through with a review of charges. I was charged incorrectly and multiple times. I spent hours while staying here trying to sort out my charges and am still left with duplicate transactions

I always check hotel rooms for bed bugs. I pulled the mattress out and there was stuff behind and dirt and food all around the bed. I couldnt tell if they were bed bugs. I asked to switch rooms and the guy was nice and switched my rooms. I went to the next room and pulled out the mattress and there was dirt under there but nothing that could be bed bugs that I saw. There was a vibrator under the bed. The shower and shower head were dirty. There were tiles that were not attached to the wall that were leaning against the wall on the bottom of the wall. The one comforter was stained. I didnt ask to change again because we exhausted from driving so long. I told the desk associate the next day. She was nice. She just said sorry, but didnt offer any refund.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great proximity to campus. The price gouging during special college events is insane. $1100 for four nights.
