avid hotel Fayetteville West by IHG

Very pleased with our first time stay at avid hotel in Fayetteville, AR. Everything was very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast totally adequate. We also loved the bright colors everywhere in the building. The location is enjoyable too, a bit recessed from I-49, and consequently quiet.

Everything was great unfortunately they’re under construction on the first floor so it was a sore eye since we were on the first floor, but other than that, everything was great, including staff and manager.

We stayed here while moving our daughter into UARK and found it convenient and not far from campus. Will stay again soon- If it showed 4 stars it SHOULD BE 5 STARS the options in the review wouldn’t allow a to choose 5 page was to Big.

It was fine. The rooms were clean. I was hoping the breakfast would be better. I would stay there again as long as the price remains reasonable.

The location was very good, very clean, staff was very friendly and we had a good price for our night This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and our room has been very hot both times. We thought the first time was a fluke. It feels fine when we walk in. The air is cold coming out of AC but we were sweating while sleeping. We also could hear every time someone was on the elevator, like the room would shake when the elevator moved even all through the night and it was quite annoying. This is the only reason we could come up with why this sporadic booming noise happened all night long. It makes me wonder if thats why our room was so cheap since its normally at least double the price when I check hotel availabilities. .

Location. New carpet in hallway Room HVAC didn’t cool well. Seemed like the fan motor didn’t put out enough air flow. No hair dryer in the room. Fire alarm went off at 10:30pm one night.

We were very happy with our stay. The location is great for the U of A campus and the amenities were nice too. The breakfast has lots of options too.

It was close to University of Arkansas. The breakfast was good. It was under renovation. The price for the quality was very ridiculous. I paid 250 dollars for one night. I think they increased prices for around the time students of U or A get dropped off.

I give the cleanliness a 9 out of 10

Enjoyed our stay here very much and the staff was friendly and helpful with our ever-changing plans. Very much appreciated their professionalism. Nice, new, clean property too!

Simple Bathroom was dirty.

The bathroom could have been more clean upon our arrival.
