Very nice and clean and worked out great because we were pulling a trailer

Toilet barely flushed. Room was damp and A/C was barely working.

It smelled like smoke and I wanted another room but was refused the option. I was upset it stank so bad.

Location It was not very clean. Cobwebs on the lampshade, towels were stained, bed needs replacement.

Close to U of A and other places of interest. The rooms were not like the pictures on Booking.com. Really needed a good rehab. AC was noisy and when switched to heat really stank. Not sound proof at all - had to complain about neighbors loud music.

Hotel was clean, staff was exceptional, only downside was AC was sub par.

3 months prior to the stay I confirmed early check in, ground level, handicap room and upon arrival the lady was rude, said I never confirmed, I tried to show her confirmation in both emails & text refused to even look at it, I ended up upstairs , with having a bad knee and back climbing the stairs was horrible, the furniture in the suite which was no bigger then a standard room was old and musty, the shower would not drain and the sheets smelled like bleach so bad it gave me an asthma attack, the woman upfront could care less about my concerns or the fact that I paid for a suite not a nasty room! Would not recommend this place, even with confirmed emails they do not honor your request and the price I paid for a suite and got a standard room!

Location Toilet was stopped up when I got there and instead of sending maintenance they just handed me a plunger

Everything was great and the staff were so helpful Nothing.

Huge spider crawled out of from behind the bed within the first few minutes of arrival.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Great property close to everything. A staff was great.
