Quality Inn Fayetteville near Fort Bragg

I went to register for my room and see a sign that they elevator wasn’t working so I had to find another hotel before I can’t walk the stairs

Unsettling activity in front of hotel and person handling the front desk looks terrified gave me a bad feeling

Bathroom stains, frig don’t work and floors were dirty

Everything was perfect. I would recommend to friends and family. I will most definitely will staying again

Very quiet, comfy bed. The staff was so nice. The pool was clean. Everything is in walking distance and there is a bus near the mall.

The Customer Service took my security deposit and refused to give my security deposit back, even when the room was clean when I left and instead of due to me, I’m requesting it due to emergency that I had to leave we couldn’t give my security deposit back, which makes me sick in my fucking stomach Apart from that, they never came into my home to clean up. They didn’t clean the room at all. I had to clean the room and they didn’t give me any breakfast. The whole time I was there and my kids didn’t eat any breakfast from them.

Very closed to everything Rooms to humid and smoke smell. Bathroom tile were leaking, outside noises at early hours of the morning.

I enjoyed everything only thing I think could be better is there breakfast.
