The room was nasty and dirty, didn’t even stay. Asked for my money back

Nothing Everything..........when I pulled up around 6pmish to my room it smelled like manure, when I walked in the room it was a little warm so I tried to adjust the thermostat and the ac was messed up the the cover was missing exposing the filter and it was disgusting. As the evening went on I decided to go to grab a bite to eat, and when I came back to the room it was still warm and I noticed a bug on the floor I didn't mind it at first but then I went to lay down and noticed that there was hair on my blanket so I went to the front desk to ask them for new sheets, I got the sheets and went back to the room and the one thing I also noticed was the fact there was a lot of trash in the parking lot and all of the AC were leaking and had a really bad odor. I walked in the room and decided to shower and lay down after eating and when I laid down I just couldn't seem to get comfortable so I decided to get up so I could go to the restroom and when I turned the lights on there were roaches on the floor, in the bed, on the curtains, on the cabinet were the tv is it was like I woke up in an infested nightmare, I got up got dressed and packed my bags went to that front desk and asked them for my deposit back and I wanted a full refund because that was just unexpectable in everyway, the receptionist then said that I would need to get in contact with the manager and so that is what I did and when I did I was hung up on because I asked them for a refund because I was supposed to stay two nights and I didn't even make it one night, I appreciate Booking.com for giving me some credits but I sincerely want to say please drop them from the Roster because they are not a good look for you at all

Avoid this place if you can, the rooms stink really bad like cigarettes, even one of the non-smoking rooms. I ended up cutting my losses and going somewhere else.

Getting online was so simple , a moron could do it .Coffee was available at all times. The staff was friendly and eager to please. There was nothing I could think of that wasdisappointing

The place it’s nice and clean the outside but inside the rooms they need to do better. It’s not clean properly and I had to call them because I did not have hot water and the TV was not working but besides that they have good staff and good communication and for what I went majority of the part, I was not in the room so I did not care for the cleanest inside the room that much

It was somewhat secluded. The cleanliness was not up to par. The smell in the room was terrible. If you book with your card to hold the spot they will keep your money if you decide to cancel.

Never will stay at this super 8 concentration camp. Thats how its managed. 11 am comes and a staff member with a clip board goes knocking on doors. This literally happened to us; she knocked on our door. I wasn't 3ft away getting ready to answer it. She opens the door!!!!! My gf still in bed!!! We were re-booking for another nite. They are not flexible at all!! We needed to bring my gf's dog. 10 dollar pet fee. Thats fine. But before you can bring a pet in? 10 dollars. We wanted to wait till the next day as we were waiting on money being sent to us. Nope!!! 10 dollars or no pet in room. Pool closes at 8pm. You must be out of pool by 8pm. Not 8:03. Staff in office is rude. Housekeepers are polite and nice. We will never stay here again!!!
