The staff was super helpful and delivered additional necessities as well as more than available when we checked in late.

Charming decor. Conveniently located next to great restaurant and shopping plazas.

Quaint hotel, more cabin shaker style. Busy restaurant on property but rooms were still quiet. Issues with WiFi. Breakfasts had variety of options.

Our room was on the bottom floor near the restaurant/bar attached to the hotel. In our room we could hear the restaurant and its inhabitants all evening and until the restaurant closed. One night there was some type of party that was very loud. The front desk person never told us we had to request house keeping. The breakfast was unimpressive with unhelpful staff. The coffee was like water. Mold growing in our showers and our room appeared not to have been vacuumed prior to us checking in. beds were fine and room temperature was fine.

Excellent one day stay. Clean, comfortable room, friendly, helpful front desk. Minor complaint - AC fan was a bit noisy.

Overall is a very good hotel the only recommendation is to clean the shower better was many hairs on the wall and bathtub

The fee for a small pet is taxed at 15%. This is highly unusual. Typically there is simply the fee within the 20-25 dollar range. Sometimes the rate be for each night. I only stayed two nights. This hotel charges $75 fee plus 15% rate. This rate should be published on Expedia where I booked so I could have made an informed choice. The high fee gives the impression that the hotel is luxury when in fact the coffee maker did not work, the molding in the bathroom was in need of cleaning and repair/paint and other small details that make for a luxury room. The microwave in the common area/lobby barely works. As a traveler I was looking for cleanliness and functioning amenities. The high fee for the pet plus 15% rate did not match the quality of this hotel.

We stayed last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and friendly staff.

​Unfortunately, our experience was significantly marred by the highly unprofessional behavior of the breakfast attendant. There were three distinct, uncomfortable interactions with this specific staff member: ​Unwarranted Questioning: When the business center was full, my wife sat in the main lobby to work on her laptop. She had explicitly spoken to Jenna at the front desk beforehand and was fully approved to work in that area. Despite this, the breakfast attendant went out of her way to approach my wife and interrogate her about why she was sitting there. ​Rushed Service: During our breakfast (which was included in our paid package), this same attendant interrupted us three separate times to ask if we were finished. We noticed we were the only ones being repeatedly questioned, making us feel heavily targeted and rushed to leave the area. ​Hostile Behavior: When our 2.5-year-old was simply behaving like a typical toddler, the attendant escalated the situation by raising her voice and screaming at us. We were treated with a shocking lack of hospitality.
