The house was very small, had limited kitchen items (no toaster, no water pot), 4 sets of cutlery, glasses. Small living area. Master bed was smaller. Some nights there was very loud music on up to and past midnight which made it difficult to sleep.

The camp itself is fine, but we didn't use it's facilities - we have rented an apartment there and I rate apartment's facilities. I didn't use pools, sport courts etc, because it is not the reason I travel to the seaside - I have all that at home. There is also a parking spot near apartment, which is fine and convenient. The village of Fazana is really nice and neat, lots of good restaurants and all the beaches have natural shade (pine trees). Vučić must fall! The apartment is a disaster. They were not able to put even the most ordinary soap in the bathroom. When we arrived in the evening, we had nothing to wash our hands with. There are no tea cups in the kitchen, nor floor towel in the bathroom. It is too hot in the apartment, the air conditioner is set so that it blows directly on the bed, but it is not able to cool the space - as soon as it is turned off, it is hellishly hot again; moreover, only 40 hours of air conditioning for 7 days are included in the price of the stay. More than that you have to pay extra. The apartment does not have any thermal insulation, there is not even a mosquito net on the balcony door, so it is almost impossible to cool the room naturally during the night. The standard of equipment is the same as 50 years ago. I could write until tomorrow what is wrong, and the price is over 120 eur for one night. Towels and bed linen were not changed for 7 days. Horror and shame. By the way, in the camp from 6-11 in the evening some unbearably loud techno can be heard. And for those who need to know, apartment it is not accessible for disabled people.

OMG, OMG, OMG - as this was ad hoc holiday, we didn't really get into the details of the camp we booked. Only upon arrival we realized that the camp is perfect, especially if you are travelling with kid(s) and pet(s). Camp is completely gated so super safe for the kids; you have everything you might need inside of the camp and in theory there is even no need to leave the camp site :) Beach is big enough (part of the beach with the sunbeds, and also part without), and there is also dog beach as part of the beach in front of the camp (super fun to watch dogs socializing on the beach). Plenty of content inside of the camp for both adults and kids. Camp for every recommendation and definitely place where we consider going back. There is nothing we didn't like

The location was really nice and peaceful, close to the sea and perfect for relaxing. The mobile home felt cozy, especially in the evenings, and the whole camp had a nice holiday atmosphere. Some parts of the mobile home felt a bit old and could use a little maintenance, like the door handle and a bit of fridge noise. But overall it wasn’t a big problem in the end, and it didn’t ruin the stay.

Roomy, clean andlot of green outside. Nice paths, swimming pools, beach, restaurants, shop. You can hear neighbours, which can be disturbing if they are loud.

The accommodation was far below the standard advertised and caused significant discomfort for my family, particularly my two small children. The most serious issue was the condition of the water supply. The water pressure was so low that we could not shower standing up; when the showerhead was raised, the water stopped flowing completely, forcing us to wash ourselves sitting down. Even when sitting, the pressure was at a minimal level, making it extremely difficult to properly wash. To make matters worse, hot water was only available intermittently, which was a major problem when bathing my children. Other guests in the vicinity also voiced similar complaints, indicating this is a widespread issue, not an isolated incident. Beyond the water problems, the mobile home was generally unsanitary and technically flawed. The terrace was visibly stained, and the air conditioning unit was covered in a thick layer of dust, barely working. A constant, unpleasant smell from the drains was present throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was also non-functional or incredibly slow and unusable, which was a significant inconvenience. When I attempted to address these serious issues with the reception staff, my concerns were unfortunately dismissed without any effort to resolve them. The experience was deeply disappointing and stressful for our entire family.

The location and the accommodation. The beach

The roads were very dusty because of the dry weather. Every time a car drove by, it kicked up a cloud of dust that lingered in the air for several minutes. We were also allocated a mobile home that was a long way from the main facilities, requiring a 15-minute walk to the sea, which was quite challenging with young kids

Bi Village has everything you desire for holiday. Pools, beachfront, adventure spots, sports facilities, restaurants and ice cream shop. Even a small but well maintained grocery. I highly recommend family with small children to come here. It’s their heaven for summer.

Location and beach. Limited AC and beach chairs not being included in price or taking cards for beach activities and chair. Everything was cash.

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

The location to the beach, the stores and restaurants available near by and having the kitchen and fridge The beds are very hard. And the walking space between the bed in the double room and the wall is hard.

    Pool times

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

The beach location and pools were close. My kids enjoyed the trampoline park while the pool was closed midday. The beds were indented and uncomfortable resulting in back pain for me and my husband. The closure of the pools from 1300 until 1500 was also problematic. There should be rotating lifeguards/staff so the patrons don't have to interrupt their time. The lifeguards on duty at the pools were constantly on their phones instead of checking for safety the two days we were at the pool. One lifeguard tried to close the pool 15 minutes early only to be yelled at by another patron.

One small suggestion for improvement would be regarding the surroundings. We noticed that there were some supporting objects across the road, such as for clean towels and cleaning equipment, which were visible during our stay. Discreetly storing or relocating these items would help maintain the overall luxurious atmosphere and further enhance the guest experience.

The smell of sewage and potentially mold growing in the bathroom in the mobile home.

  • Engine customer May 2025

We really liked the overall ease for a family to enjoy their holidays, close to the beach, park for babies, close to restaurants, ice cream shop and markets. Unfortunately, the bungalow was not clean inside or outside full of spider webs, dust and smelling funny. Our bungalow was supposed to be for 5 people, but there were only 4 (dirty) towels, 2 blankets, 4 sets of plates and cutlery and we cope with it for 1 or 2 days, but then it was impossible so I contacted the front desk staff who was rude and asked me in a very entitled tone if I had just noticed, which I of course don't appreciate. On top of that the "heated pool" was cold so given the early spring temperatures we couldn't enjoy it.
