We came for the hot top on the roof terrace When we arrived, there were lots of little flies everywhere on the ceiling in the room. We had to ask the staff several times to remove them. The first attempt to remove them was unsuccessful. For some reason, they didn't want to use a hoover. We were offered alternative rooms, but they were stuffy and we came especially for the hot top. All in all, the staff were so unfriendly and insinuated that we were letting flies into the room, that we left the next morning instead of staying another night. In addition, the manager charged me more than we should have paid when we were billed.

Exactly what we needed- a beautiful, clean hotel with really nice staff, European standard, good protein breakfast which is hard to find in this region. We had a great, relaxing time and worried about nothing. Only 20 minutes from Gallipoli but it also let’s you explore beautiful coast on the South. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean and staying in the suites, the rooms were very spacious with a great patio area . Breakfast was good and the pool area was very spacious, clean and always had sundbeds available. Staff very friendly and helpful. On the nights we had dinner in hotel the service was a bit slow but other than that we were very happy but you do need a car as there is very little within walking distance but that did not affect our holiday at all.

This cosy hotel is an oasis of peace and calmness. The personnel is always very friendly and ready to help you when needed. The food is excellent and the room was very nice and always perfectly clean. If you need some rest and want to relax you definitely will find it here.

Great stay. We enjoyed the pool area very much.

Room was booked with sea view. Just about see the sea with no balcony. Room was adequate. Helpful friendly staff Large pool Nothing other than price of room selected which was not sea view about 400 yards to beach overlooked by many apartments and bungalows

A great place for kids, very beautiful and large swimming pool. The staff is very attentive and made everything to make our stay pleasant. Room was very clear and modern, although not very large. The breakfast was great and in a very beautiful place, next to a small pine forest. We ate lunch at the swimming pool and ate dinner once at their restaurant. All great experiences. Location is not obvious for first timers in Puglia. It was about 30 minutes by car to Gallipoli and any major attraction in the region. Room was decently sized only.

Exceptional

The property was extremely clean, I never seen such soft and white towels and same goes for the bedsheets, the hotel is extremely clean and always a pleasant clean smell as soon you walk in. It’s also very relaxing and quite I just enjoyed reading my book sitting on my balcony while crickets sings Probably the only downside was the location, it’s close by car to everything but not on the beach

Good value for money. Pool is nice. Food at the restaurant was good but expensive. Breakfast was really average. Whole fruits not cut, juice from concentrate, for egg options you had to ask but they were cooked instantly. Could not reach the beach without a car.

Cool design, very competent and friendly staff. For Italy the breakfast buffet was abundant.

Great breakfast and lovely hotel. The hotel didn't have much around it so we drove to along the coast Gallipoli. I'd stay here again for a quiet break plagued with wasps at breakfast
