Very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, good location for our needs. Nothing fancy, but more than adequate for our purposes. The kids had a great time in the pool. Everything was great.

We stayed here for 3 nights during a local home sale. Based on the reviews I figured this was a good place to stay. The breakfast was simple but good. The facility was clean and comfortable. The noise was a significant factor. This is located slightly back from the highway, although traffic was very loud during sleeping hours. There were people sitting out on the patio just below our room at a late hour talking. This is also a hub for Estes drivers staying overnight I suppose, so there are lots of trucks parked out in the lot and some leave early enough that talking outside was a factor. I rarely saw any staff at the front desk. Would not stay here again.

Decent hotel, odd mildewy smell in the room. Room was average, could have been cleaner but not terrible. Heavily used by a local trucking company for their drivers.

Mattresses were lumpy and very hard... woke about every hour with back and hip pain... still trying to recover from back pain that developed from staying in this hotel.

There was an ant infestation in the room we were originally assigned but the front desk staff was very helpful in helping to move us to a new room.
