We loved the Hotel, people are so friendly and welcoming. Everything there was amazing.

The room was super clean and aesthetic, it felt very comfortable and cozy all the time. The breakfast is very tasty. Wi fi doesn’t work. There’s a cat which got “adopted” by the hotel and it walks around and begs for food from the guests. The pool isn’t really clean, there’s dead bugs in the water and the hot tub isn’t hot. The food on the hotel’s menu is more expensive than other restaurants on the island and the quality is way cheaper than them.

The location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, just what we needed. The hotel facilites are well maintained and extremely cozy. The staff are friendly and super helpful, they always go an extra mile to help you and make your stay unforgettable.

beautiful, picturesque property with amazingly kind and helpful staff. the room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. the location was a bit outside of town, which I suppose isn’t the most convenient but it was great in terms of how peaceful and beautiful the area was. the gluten-free/vegetarian options at the restaurant were pretty lacking, which limited my options to nearly nothing for lunch and dinner on site.

pool area and outside lounge are very nice with a great view the room was small and simple for the value. the manager wasn’t very friendly but the rest of the staff was very nice.

The staff, the facilities, the layout and vegetation, the location, the breakfast,the afternoon tea, the airport transfer........ The sandwich/light food menu could be more extensive

it was like staying at a high end spa. the rooms had that comfort feel. surrounded by lush greens and even banana trees. staff was absolutely lovely and treated us like family food was so so. but the restaurant could be seen as a separate entity which is why I still believe the Dolphin is a 10

Staff was amazing and friendly. Food was delicious and would recommend. However, i paid a lot of money for the master hot tub suite, only to find out on arrival that the hot tubs don’t actually get hot, and stay cold. There was about a $1,000 difference from the hot tub room, and the non hot tub room. No one in their right mind would pay extra for a “cold water spa” especially when the ad said “hot tub” The staff was very friendly but they said there was nothing they could do. I was never offered a price reduction or anything to make up for the false advertisement. Just a simple sorry. They also told me that they get this compliant often. This was my honey moon, and we just felt lied too. For the price there’s better stays! A hot tub that actually got hot.
