Comfortable, nice people. Good AC and great internet. Needs some adjustments to room infrastructure, no light on mirror, hanger falling out, shower disassembled mid use. There was alit of noise from neighbors. Rooms could use better noise isolation. Nice idea for quality to have breakfast ordered the day before however there should be some quick grab and go option to avoid conflict with early activities.

Like most of the pousadas in town, you have to keep your expectations to a reasonable level. But the atmosphere you experience while staying there is really relaxing. You really enjoy the breakfast, served in a way that let's you enjoy the convivial vibe. Marcia is really kind and resolves every little problem should arise. An applause also for her team. Chilling under the big tree on the round sofa is really something! Perhaps the transfer to the airport doesn't work as one would like. Moreover, it's a pity not having the chance to have a family room for four, but that's a common problem on the island.
