Clean rooms, lots of different games and great staff

My time at the hotel was pleasant except for not having cell phone service. Even with WiFi phone service was virtually non-existent.

Property is beautiful! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a great time staying there. Casino was tons of fun too!

Friendly and come back every year to stay for Elvis at the point.

So the room was superclean. All of the staff were really nice and they gave me a room away from the elevator, which was nice, but the bed was lumpy and too soft and the pillows were not supportive at all, so it was as if you had no pillow. We did not get good sleep for 2 nights because of it and woke up with sore necks. The coffee maker made cold coffee so I had to get some from the first floor already made. The fridge was set on 2 and I didn't know it so my milk was maybe luke warm in the morning and I had to call for directions for the air conditioner, not knowing you use the thermostat instead of the machine itself. And last of all the link to the the self check out that they texted me to click on did not work so I had to go to the desk to do that. 3 stars might be generous with all of that going on.

Very clean and comfortable room. All the staff in the hotel and casino were wonderful.

It smells like cigarettes everywhere

I like the South tower as it has bath tubs! It is very quiet when you choose the end of the hall units.
