Une navette gratuite est disponible durant les vacances et les jors fériés pour vous emmener à la gare de Bussy Saint Georges. Le bus 2245 s'arrête face à l'hôtel également. Location Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet our expectations and clearly needs improvement. Breakfast was very basic. In a country like France, known for its excellent cheeses, we expected more variety. Instead, there was only a tasteless Edam cheese, which was quite underwhelming. The biggest issue was the service. We had booked two rooms, both including breakfast. Due to a mistake by the hotel, one room was not correctly registered for breakfast. Instead of checking the reservation or simply charging the breakfast to the room while clarifying the issue, the staff member insisted that we pay immediately. This was handled in an unprofessional and inconvenient way.

The property was close enough to Disney Paris. Had a lot of parking and large breakfast spread. The rooms we booked on booking did not match what we were given upon check in. Our party of 5 was split up between multiple floors which was terribly inconvenient since we packed one suitcase for everyone. I’m not sure what caused the issue but it wasn’t great. The parking lot was very full and we got the last parking spot when we came home late from Disney parks. Breakfast was expensive.

-Close to Disney. -Staff are amazing. -only one elevator and it’s painfully slow. -Wait around ten minutes at the bar for the staff to make a cocktail due to them reading instructions on how to make it even though there’s only 5 on the menu.

hotel facilities are modern and nice. bowling and restaurant on site the room. it was old and outdated. no water bottle in the room. that's not the standards of a 4 star hotel. it felt more like a 3 star hotel.

Liked the pool and the Italian restaurant. Also we could charge our car, there are 2 chargers in the back of the hotel. It was even free of charge; i would prefer more chargning points payed over free, but appriciate the hospitality.

the place is so beautiful the peace of mind is something else there are no staff members to help either with the luggage nor room service

The staff and breakfast were top tier. My bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The curtains were excellent at blocking out the light. The room had a fridge, microwave and two burners. The ground floor was very nice looking from what I saw and could see how that was rated 4 stars but the 1st floor could use an update. Maybe hotel star ratings are different in different countries though. My room had a strange odor I couldn't place (not cigarettes or the air con filter) and one of my towels had a strange hair that wasn't mine. Despite these faults, I would stay here again. I got used the the smell after 10 or so minutes and I just didn't use that towel.

No slippers and towels in the rooms for swimming pool. I asked for a robe and was told not included in our bookings. No towels in the pool too, only small size hand towels. Shampoo/body wash canister was empty in our room. The receptionist told me someone will sort right away- never showed up.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short 10-minute drive or taxi ride from Disneyland, Disney Village, Val d'Europe mall, and Val d'Europe Village. You can easily reach the nearest supermarket by crossing the street. Additionally, it takes about 30 minutes to get to central Paris. Please note that the last call for room cleaning is at 4:30 PM. It’s advisable to contact the reception for any additional requests.

Staff are kind and cooperative. Shuttle service to train station is very limited and almost unavailable.

Very clean and nice Breakfast price was horrendous- service people kept trying to enter room even though I had do not disturb sign up- the door didn’t lock to keep people out. Like the key worked but nothing stop people with a key no inside security lock

We had requested a baby crib during our online booking, and it was confirmed in advance. While the bed was large enough and we managed without it, I would have expected the crib to be in the room as agreed. Not a major issue but still.
