The staff were very friendly and helpful Location and cleanliness

Beautiful Riad in the middle of the Medina. The staff was AMAZING !!! Excellent breakfast with local specialties and fresh juices. The room was beautiful and super clean. The beds and sheets were so comfortable. Both kids asked to stay longer :-)

The location was fantastic-in the middle of the Medina- but it was also very quiet. The meals (breakfast and dinners) were spectacular and the staff, especially Seid and Mejid, went above and beyond to make our stay very, very pleasant. An extra bonus was the nice terrace that overlooked the Medina. Nothing

Exceptional stay in the medina of Fes. Highly recommend this property, at check-in we received a very clear instruction about the do's and don't in the medina/Fes. The rooms were spacious, clean and very riad-like in the most positive way. And with summer temps, a properly working (new) AC was literally a breeze. Thanks to all the amazing staffmembers helping to make this stay memorable. Would highly recommend and return! Also, this was one of the most quiet riads I ever stayed in.

The riad is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The staff make you feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and has a large variety of items.

Beautiful features, excellent location in the middle of the Medina but above all — the staff — was amazing!! None

The staff and the coziness of the central room. The breakfast is up several steps, so visitors should just be aware of that. It is a lovely breakfast.

The Riad is centrally located was in the Medina. This makes it so easy to see the heart of the city as you step outside the main door.

The location was great to walk everywhere we needed! It was a little hard to get our luggage in and out through the narrow alleys but the hotel is actually very ready and willing to assist us with moving luggage and that makes it perfect! The rooms and bathrooms and public areas were clean and they greeted us with a beautiful tea service when we arrived and when we were waiting before leaving. The absolute best part was the hosts of the Riad who gave us advice on absolutely anything we needed. From luggage, to local guide, to maps, and to advice and recommendations about anything. They went above and beyond to help us with everything and more than anything that’s what would make me come back! I felt like I could breathe easy and trust them with anything.

The staff was extraordinary! They fulfilled all of our wishes and made excellent breakfast, can only recommend!

Excellent location and outstanding service. The staff is extremely hospitable and helpful. Given that the riad is in a very old part of the Medina, the bathroom came with certain smells. This is likely not specific to this building.

The staff were amazing from when you arrive to when you depart. They work hard to ensure you enjoy their facility and the city. Room selection may be important. The lower rooms (1&2) are in the main area. I would call it the “hotel lobby”. The reason this may be importantly is your bed (& head) may be 5 feet from the benches in the lobby. Therefore, if people are up early or late and siting there chatting it would be like they are beside your bed (which they are). I am confident staff are sensitive to the issue but just be aware when booking. Their goal is for you to enjoy the stay and the best room for your needs may help. I hope this helps you and the staff ensure success. The 1st pic is from inside the room through the window. The second is from outside the room towards the window. This is not a negative just be aware. It’s a great spot.

Staff was very gracious with their time when we needed help.
-
Great location, extremely clean, awesome staff Bathrooms very small but it’s expected in a Riad. Many stairs to rooms, also expected in a Riad .. not an issue.

Convenient location and very hospitable staffs.

This was a great value with incredible staff. Said is always ready to help any time of day with any need. They scheduled a chortle, walked us from the shuttle to the riad, made us tea, and showed us around. The terrace is incredible and the included city tour was well worth the price of the road alone. Great people and good food as well.

It was beautiful and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The whole place is magical. The person at the reception greeted us warmly and they were so fast to respond to messages and very helpful with everything. Loved this place! Nothing, everything was perfect
