The location was amazing, beautiful views and the staff was very helpful The parking was average, little difficult but manageable

Location , service , atmosphere, especially hospitality from manager Denis . There were no parking lot around street but Denis helped me to secure place for me ! Shower room key was broken

Clean property. Close to market and city centre. Good staff and very helpful in everything. Could work on better towels but otherwise there was no problem at all

Small reception area. They were doing construction next door and it smelled like stain in the lobby.

Location is amazing and the view is beautiful. I upgraded our room to a pool suite which turned out to be a giant bathtub without water in the corner of the living room. The tea and coffee station hadn't been refilled from the last guests as half missing and nothing replenished. The sofa needs a good clean as dirty and stained, the cleaning staff forgot towels every day so had to call or go down to the desk to ask for some. The bedroom is a the back of the apartment and construction is happening from 8am every day so we were woken up to the sounds of yelling and building noises. The smell of cigarette from the guests across the corridor confronted us each time we opened our door from being out each day.

This property is a must if you are going to Fethiye, from the moment I arrived the service I received was exceptional, the suites were amazing with fantastic views across the harbour, the rooms were immaculately clean and organized. The food was also amazing and the chef could do you anything you wanted within reason, all in all a great experience the hotel is friendly and well run by the manager. I will definitely be booking to stay here again. nothing it was perfect for my 10 days.

Really amazing place. Super centrally located and gorgeous views over the entire marina. The room was gigantic - much bigger than I expected. The minimal and Zen interiors design is so beautiful and calming. Beautiful polished concrete floors. Everybody can have a beautiful hotel, but the service is what will make this trip memorable for me. We had an unprecedented torrential rain storm passing by, and most of the town was flooded, some hotel receptions and ground level stores had 1 foot of water inside. I discovered a leak in my room and informed the front office manager. Within 5 minutes, a full force of people came to my room and cleaned the water off the floors. They offered me to change rooms, but I was fine once the water was cleaned up. Once dry they came with a giant snack platter and a bottle of wine, and offered me free dinner as well. Without me even requesting it they also refunded me part of my stay. It was an unfortunate situation but the way the staff dealt with it was just above and beyond. Especially big shout out to the front office manager (don’t know her name) - but she should have a raise !!! The only thing I could come up with - is slightly higher end bathroom amenities.

This hotel doesn't have a pool, and some sort of restaurant concept on the ground floor would be a great addition. Otherwise nothing!

Central location, close to everything! The room was spacious, with a balcony right in front of the harbor—it felt like watching Below Deck! The staff were very friendly and kind. As soon as I arrived, I asked for restaurant recommendations, and Dennis was so thoughtful that she insisted on preparing something for me since I needed to rest. Everyone was amazing! Breakfast was a traditional Turkish spread, though don’t expect consistency—I actually enjoyed that, as it added a little surprise to each morning. It truly felt like home. Thank you so much! NA

Breakfast was excellent! Portions were very large!

The great hospitality and the staff is great, the food also is excellent. We were looking to have our honeymoon in the local Turkish experience and the team delivered!

Location, welcoming friendly staff, very nice view from the room, spacious room. We actually booked a room with private pool on balcony however we got a room with small jacuzzi instead. No pool in the Hotel.
