Montebello Resort & Spa – All Inclusive

Nothing. Not a 4 star hotel as advertised. I would avoid staying here. This is not a 4 star hotel. You cannot use all the pools advertised. Rooms are well below satisfactory, with leaking pipes under the sink, leaking air conditioning units, and the food is sub par. When I raised my issues to the hotel manager and called Booking he shouted at me and my friends in the hotel lobby and told us to leave the hotel....I am still chasing the refund 2 weeks later.

The hotel is not big. If you need a big territory for walking, its not about this hotel. But everything you need is near. 10-12 minutes walk to the sea. Clean rooms. Really good food. Good service for this price. Too high prices for additional services (second key, safe box rent)

The facilities of hotel were good, pools spa gym etc The food in general was way below average. Always never enough cutlery.

Food is slightly above average I was promised a free airport transfer that didnt show up when I questioned it i was told that They had me down as a no show when my flight was on time. This is not a complaint against the hotel but against booking.com

Exceptional

Havuz ve plaza yakinligi Food was below average. Not much options. Rooms were disgusting. there was no vacuuming or clean sheets even at first arrival there was human nails on the floor. Sheets had no bed protector and wasn't fitted properly. The toilet stunk. The hotel itself didn't t have anyone cleaning the corridors. Same dirt was there for days. Staff look angry all the time. Every time we were at the diner there was always missing forks and cups or basic utensils had to wait for 15 minutes to get someone to bring a fork. Would not recommend you stay here I don't know how they got the 4 stars honestly.

Good

Water slides and general pool area. Location and some entertainment. Staff were pleasant Beds were hard, they charged you for two keys, the food was not great.

The bedroom was big and conf , swimming pool was great !! The dinner was perfect !! The breakfast was really poor and limited but the dinner was incredible was delicious and didn’t seemed to be from the same place , the cleaning of the station was horrible and too much oiled .

nothing breakfast not good dinner is soso. 1st to see a hotel ask for 20 euro for 2nd room keycard. luggage deposit not managed well.

The hotel is well situated for the beach and strip. Cleaning staff are lovely. Water slides are fun We’ve visited previously and feel that this year there was less food choices and less service overall. Also our shower leaked every time we used it and flooded the bathroom floor. Our mattress was super hard and caused pressure pain. There’s not a lot of choice for cocktails and the restaurant staff didn’t seem happy to be there.

Good location The bar area outside smelt very bad and spread over the restaurant The manager was so rude, to guests and staff. We arrived and it took 45minutes to simply check in. We were put into a basic room when we paid for more and after a reasonable and calm conversation the manager smiled and said ‘we already have your money’. Repeated whatever his staff said, condescending them and their great English abilities. Rest of staff were lovely but that male manager was a total stain on the resort.

Location. The bar staff and photographer were the same from our visit from last and they were lovely. The food was so disappointing, we went last year and the food was fantastic. The that good it was the main reason we booked again the food this time was awful
