The location is very convenient. You can easily walk to the waterfront, and it is located in the market area. The location is not clear on Google Maps. Parking is not allowed around the hotel, and you have to park 7 to 10 minutes away and walk to the hotel while carrying your luggage.

Clean and comfortable with attentive staff. Has all facilities you need and perfect location within walking distance to the city centre. Would return to this hotel again. Slightly noisy area sometimes as it is in the city centre

The hotel looks like it does in the photos! That‘s great for a start. The location is bery central, in the main shopping street area and very close to the water. A taxi rank is in five min walking distance. So many coffee shops, cafés and restaurants around that it is hard to choose! Staff is very friendly and helpful all the time and the cleaning ladies doing a greaf job too! I will definitely go there again! Thanks for the nice stay, dear City Life Demir Hotel team! Nothing. Really!

Super good location We were living at the top floor, when. It was raining, it was very load and noisy. Maybe something wrong with the ventilation, when we turned on air-conditioning, can smell the smoking.

Everything. Welcoming staff, Large, very clean room. Healthy, tasty breakfast. Location close to the marina, restaurants and transport. Thanks very much. Nothing, except perhaps filter coffee could be made standard for breakfast.

Very good location, perfect breakfast, friendly and helpful staff A.C did work properly and in summer, rooms are very warm. It is near to a mosque and everyday at 05:00 a.m (time depindes on season) Azan sound would be heart in the room and it may wake you up.

The location and cleanliness The staff are not friendly at all, the breakfast is very low compared to other 3-star hotels ‘it is more like hostels’ breakfast!’

* Location is perfect. Everything we needed was with no more than 10 minutes' walk. * Staff are very friendly and helpful. They even helped us arrange some activities! * The place is clean and comfortable and in a well served area. Breakfast is 8 to 10 which is bit too early for someone on holiday. No laundry option
