The location is ideal for the beach and marina and the great restaurants surrounding them. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was exceptional. Good pool. good rooms, short walk to town. Just what we needed. Didnt like the competing sound systems, playing 2 different musics.

Lovely Turkish breakfast with a good variety of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and when we ordered drinks they bought us little extras like fruit and pastries. Beautiful pool and surroundings and location was perfect for the harbour and shops. The management were accommodating and allowed us to stay in our later than the normal check out time. The only downside for us was that we could hear people talking in the next room.

The breakfast was perfectly standard fare The attitude and responsiveness of the staff was very poor. We prebooked an early check-in and received a confirmation. The staff then said it had nothing to do with them and that bookings.com had not spoke to them and often did this (ultimately it was apparently our problem). They refused to accommodate an early check in and indeed didn’t even try to prioritise room cleaning to let our family in earlier than 2. When we arrived back at 2, the appointed check in time, the room was still not ready - a further 45 minute wait ensued. No apology, nothing - they simply stated the last occupants checked out late (again our problem it seems). The room was not clean: the bathroom in particular was a state. The towel rail was hanging off the wall and the bath fascia was broken and sticking out into the room. The floor was dirty. The sheets did not fit the bed (others in our party raised this to them though they knew it was an issue they had not admitted it at check in). The sheets were not large enough for the bed so were loosely covering the mattress on some sides only. When challenged the staff stated there was a problem with the laundry - yes, again, this was deemed our problem. No apology, no offer to fix it, to solve their laundry problem, to purchase sheets the right size for a bed, to use sheets from an unoccupied room. None of it. Whilst the outdoor area is pleasant (the only positive point), the bar was poorly stocked and had no snacks whilst simultaneously not allowing you to bring your own in. Eventually a request for ice creams and crisps for the children resulted in them going to a local supermarket, but taking an hour to do so, to then charge us marked up prices. Slow and surly service throughout; utterly dreadful. I would not wish this place and its awful staff on anybody.

Great location. Perfect for us as walking distance to the port to pick up our gullet. Nice pool. Great breakfast. Had the family room which was absolutely fine for what we needed.

Clean facilities, helpful staff, nice and hygienic swimming pool, recently renovated slick communal areas. Trivial things mostly... Rooms are clean but dated, bathroom dark, unnecessary loud and melancholic music by the pool.
