It’s good that Fethiye has a hostel for solo and budget travelers. The owner is nice and helpful, will tell you where to go and what to see. The location is very good. It’s pretty old: bathroom, facilities are not amazing compared to hostels in other countries. But then, there aren’t other hostels in Fethiye to choose from. So, you get what you get.

The location is so close to the ruins and port. No issues with wifi. Even though we had to use a translator to communicate the owner was very nice and helpful. I easily checked in at night without a reservation. He also let me store my bags after checkout. No real complaints. Low ceiling for the bottom beds but that is not a surprise for bunk beds.

Very organized, kind and respectful, and thoughtful owner and staff. As a solo woman traveler I felt very safe and Fethiye was safe overall as well.

Not much to say Didn’t have Air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. Very hot. Stray cats inside. Manager didn’t speak English. Lights are motion detected and you have to stand up and wave to get the lights on. Found several bed bugs under my comforter and sheets when I was ready to go to bed. I just left and went to another hotel at 11pm

Kind host and simple but good for value hostel At night there are sensors for the lights in the bathroom and kitchen. If you’re not in a specific location the lights will turn off. That was annoying.

The bed was very uncomfortable and this is not a social hostel. Apart from the kitchen, there were limited places where you could meet other travellers.

Cheap and central location. Friendly all night checkin. Lockers provided in the rooms. The room was very sparse — had a pillow, sheet, top sheet and that was it. The room was ridiculously hot. Very few outlets and far from the beds. The bathroom was gross — smelled bad, floor/shower/toilet were dirty. No towels provided in the room or bathroom.

The location is not great, it is a bit far from the centre, but we were fine with that :)
