Hotel Luis

The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa was outstanding.

Breakfast was great. Selection good; quality exceptional. Enjoyable meal, friendly staff.

The hotel is not located directly in the city center, so there is less noise from passers-by, but , it is close enough to the center to walk. English was spoken at the reception, which was of course very helpful. The motorcycles could be parked in the garage, but unfortunately the spa was already closed at 7:30 p.m. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. If you look for an exceptional Pizza to eat, the walk to La Doga is totally worth it Not really, the price/performance ratio was very good.

Great location, especially to bus station. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Grounds were beautiful, staff was amazing; the room was clean, spacious and had an incredible view of the mountains, church, and valley. The Turkish bath was a special treat that we enjoyed after hiking. Dinner and breakfast were also top shelf! Thank you to Mario and son for such professional and thoughtful service.

Basement parking too cramped.

This was the best hotel experience we have ever had! Mario and his sons Giacomo and Eduardo greeted and served us with warmth, excellence and attention to detail! The hotel is beautiful - the breakfast (included) and dinners were outstanding and unique and the location is perfect for experiencing all that the Dolomites offer in natural beauty, Italian culture and charm - bravissimo! Everything was perfect!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very good, including made to order eggs. We were on the top floor with skylights that opened to see the stars and allow a nice breeze in. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Absolutely lovely hotel and location. Great amenities, staff is excellent, cleanliness excellent and air conditioning if needed. Only critique is that the beds are firm and pillows are too firm for my needs. Giacomo was a huge help and so kind. Breakfast is amazing and sitting on the veranda and reading while having afternoon tea was a special treat

We loved our stay at Hotel Luis. The hotel was lovely in itself and the staff were so friendly and so helpful. They take a lot of pride in service and go above and beyond. It felt like family. Oh breakfast was fantastic!

Exceptional

Location close to centre, nice breakfast and dinners, relaxing spa, friendly staff and underground parking for our cabriolet.

Great breakfast. Smaller room. One tiny trash can, cleaning was good but not excellent.

Beautiful and charming hotel, located in a very convenient spot by the main road and the center of town, with view of the mountains peaks while sitting in the garden. The staff is amazing: very friendy and warm. Excellent service provided at all times. The food at the restaurant is great as well and at a very reasonable price for the high quality served. We tried dinner once and we were blown away. Nothing! Breakfast didn't include any vegetables, but the staff provided as soon as we asked for, and so the day after without us even asking for them. Great service!

A family business. We met the father and two sons. Not sure if other members participated but the three we dealt with were such wonderful hosts. Yes they have other staff but to see the effort and care they put forth was amazing! Location, cleanliness, staff, hot tub and sauna

Gorgeous hotel, uniquely decorated, very comfortable rooms excellent Air Conditioning (lol) nice courtyard to sit and relax have a drink , read a book, or just stay off you phone and enjoy the views and sounds of the town!❤️ Nothing !!!
