Very good

The location is very good, you can reach the downtown very quickly and in a few minutes. The food is superb and also the facilities provided are top class. We strongly suggest this hotel for families with young kids also. It would also be fantastic to have an e-bike available for kids to go all together on the bikes. This is especially true when the kids are around 7 to 9 years old and are too heavy to be seated in the additional seat. Another suggestion would be having a mini club for the kids.

My hotel stay at Isobella was wonderful, I highly recommend it. The location is great! Starting from breakfast, plentiful and hearty, fitting for the mountain, of course with the option of being healthy. They had a juicer with fresh fruit and vegetables, many local meats and cheeses. In the morning we sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air and morning sun. It was the perfect place to wake up with the mountains in view, on a clear day. I enjoyed the spa, especially the sauna and refreshments. We also took bikes for a short ride to visit neighbouring towns, it's all a small community safe and friendly, as many cows as people, maybe more. Such a short period felt like a month of relaxation. Paolo and Antonella were incredible as much as the staff. I recommend taking a drink at their bar. Daniel and Claudio, the bar boys were nice and made great recommended drinks. It's only a pity we didn't stay long enough to see a live concert or event they sometimes host. Hope to come again, and stay longer. To stay longer

Staying at Isola bella was a perfect stay for our trip. Close by there are many hikes and beautiful sceneries that exceeded our expectations,its quiet and the town is lovely. Starting the day (with a stunning view and breakfast) and returning home to the hotel itself is what we needed and enjoyed after a long day. Antonella and Paolo and the staff were all so wonderful and welcoming. It felt like we were in a second home in the mountains. They gave us great recommendations on where to go. The rooms were clean and cozy. It was perfect, as coming back from a day of trekking we could go back to a cozy ambience, the food and restaurant had a very nice buffet of salad and delicious and changing menu with some local options, then after a couple of drinks at their bar. On the weekends the bar gets lively and they sometimes have very nice live shows. Whenever we wanted we could retire to our rooms and be at peace (our room had jacuzzi). Already set to come back in the next season. In this corner of Italy, isola bella is the perfect nest of the Dolomites

a perfect hotel. Very polite staff, a quiet, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom in perfect working order. Dinner was excellent and very reasonably priced. We were not prepared for the wellness facilities unfortunately but good to know for next time.

The front desk staff was super helpful. I am a very broken Italian speaker and they were able to secure a taxi for me in Mezzano and accommodated my early check in as I transferred from a different hotel. Food was delicious, staff was super helpful. Nothing. I stayed in 3 places in Fiera during my week stay and I wish I had found them sooner.

The SPA facilities we very nice. Sauna, steam room were very warm and top quality. Jacuzzi was not very comfortable. Too much noise in the SPA relax area. The hotel chose to host a birthday party for some young adults who made lots of noise , got drunk, and kept music way too loud. It was way out of place for a four star hotel and I expected more from management to keep the noise level down.

First of all, the hotel itself is excellent, looks and feels great. With plenty of things available such as wellness floor, bar, cosy lounge, ski deposit, all included in the price. But what makes this special is the way the staff manage the hotel. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, they clearly put a lot of thought into making the facility great, with art, music, library. The hotel has a lot of character! And the cherry on the cake is that they offered us an upgrade for free as there was availability and also complimentary drinks at the bar. Really not much more to ask for! I would highly recommend! Thank you to all staff at the hotel! There's not much not to like. I just wished they had eggs for breakfast to go with the toast. Aside from that the breakfast had a good selection of things to choose from.

Can be seen straight away this hotel is managed very well it's exceptionally clean and the wellness centre was excellent bonus. I took an Ebike and hit the trails which I loved Couldn't stay longer
