Best Western Hotel Le Pont D'Or

Nice balcony for a breakfast or dinner on the river, overviewing parts of the old town. The main area of interest is just 3 to 4 minutes away. Bed was very comfortable, staff very friendly. Directly by the river, it had no fly screen in the windows. The moment we opened the door to the balcony, we had dozens of insects inside the room. And single glazed windows next to a Main Street are not great for noise cancellation.

No fridge , shower/bath need upgrading

Location was perfect across the bridge from the medieval town, very walkable and charming old town. The hotel free parking was very appreciated as well as the reception staff Provide extra pillows in the room

Location…our balcony over the river was divine! Very comfortable beds with a great bathtub in a modern bathroom. Could have benefited from more info about the restaurant menu.

The breakfast is not up to the standard! The croissant are not fresh!

The Best Western Le Pont d’Or is located on the river near all the sites and still an easy walk to the train station. We had a balcony overlooking the lovely river where we watched ducks swim as the sun glistened off the water. Very romantic. This stunning hotel was the perfect place to rest at the end of our hike from Le Puy (GR65). It was very clean and comfortable. It was also easy to find. The staff were all very kind and graciously spoke English. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Right on Chemin, sound-proofed rooms, great breakfast, comfortable beds. Restaurant closed that night and very little else open.

The Dining area overlooking the river from their terrace was the best part of the hotel My bill had had someone else's dinner bill added to mine. I think the hotel did not check the diner's room number when the guest ordered dinner. I think I know which guests did this. They were English and had used the Disabled Parking Bay (taking up two spaces) but had no Blue Badge. I told the Reception Staff about this, but I don't think they took any action.

We are cyclists. It was well situated and charming. I’d have dinner elsewhere.

A well appointed hotel in a good location Without any prior notice when booking, and no price reduction, we found the hotel bar was closed throughout the weekend and the restaurant was similarly closed, save for breakfast service. This was very disappointing.

Understaffed. One employee was manning reception and breakfast. She was charming and should get double pay

Lovely setting right on the river. Great location to explore all that Figeac has to offer. Lovely room, great breakfast, and staff were very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay there again! Pool was not in use as it was being serviced. We went in August and it was hot so was a bit disappointing. However, the rest of the hotel was really good so only a minor point... don't let it put you off.

The location right over the Cele, easy walk to the train and the town. Staff was warm and friendly. Restaurant was excellent.
