Ok for that price. Some rooms have a shared bathroom.
-
Friendly staff, Comfortable bed, Good restaurant Broken toilet on the 2nd floor, leaving only 1 toilet for 8 rooms ?
-
The breakfast is horrible. Not enough bread and they don’t refill.
-
Great central location
-
Room and beddings are very clean but there is a mold smell in the bathroom. Because it has no window. And its very hot at night.
-
Bakery and pharmacy across the street There should have been a sheet over the duvet as the duvet was too hot

Reasonable price, close to Figeac city centre, ample free and easy parking just across from hotel, friendly efficient hardworking staff, very fast check-in, comfortable bed and pillows, reasonable breakfast price (9€ all you can eat; I skipped and paid 2.85 for a banana and a coffee), room was very clean & everything worked, bar & restaurant in hotel Rooms and bathrooms are quite small and basic so may not be for everyone. Wall-mounted TV was small, but I didn't use it so didnt care. There is some street noise around the hotel till roughly 11pm and starts up at 7am. On the whole, a very good value hotel. For my single night stay during a motorcycle tour, it suited my needs perfectly. I would definitely stay there again

The bedding and handbasin were very nice and clean and yet the floor / skirting had not been cleaned at all. Also I had the misfortune of being there when the only shower upstairs was out of order (the plumber was there each day doing work to fix this) however it meant the only shower available was downstairs adjacent to the bar/restaurant and part of the public toilets area. Noise travels very badly through the bedroom doors.

The staff was very friendly and even though only 2 of them spoke English well, they were very helpful at all times. The chef made excellent meals and the restaurant was always full with locals. (Always a great sign that the food is good). Would not recommend a stay during the hot part of summer because of no AC, but otherwise it was very comfortable.

The room was OK. Only one toilette on each floor. Only one shower for everyone.

Affordable, good location, friendly staff. Not clean (dust on corners and general disrepair), noisy and smelly (from the restaurant downstairs). We slept very little.

Good location, a short walk into town. Room cosy and of decent size. Nice restaurant on ground floor. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Only 1 toilet and shower to share for many people. Shower and toilet on my floor was out of order. Toilet paper missing from the single operating toilet for my whole 1 night stay.

Great location close to central Figeac. Comfortable bed and fan in the room. There was excrement in the toilet when I first arrived.

Staff were great - also a good value for money set menu - found somewhere secure for our bicycles too A little basic with shared bathroom/ shower but we knew this so is wasn’t an issue

Just a nice hotel. Good price. Comfortable beds. Shared bathroom and toilets could be cleaner. Bit noisy in the hallway.

It was a nice room, bed and facilities. I had a good nights sleep. I just walked a 30km day in blistering heat to make sure I got in for check in time stated on the booking website, I chose it as it had earlier check in time than surrounding places specifically as I knew I wanted to make the most of having a single room. Unbeknownst to me, that day check in was opening two hours later. Now these things happen however it seemed that their was overall lack of consideration from the team at this hotel. I rang more than ten times to confirm when they open, no one picked up. I managed to get into the lobby area where a private group entered and managed to get hold of the host almost instantaneously, it was only then it was confirmed that it was opening two hours later than stated on the booking website. When check in finally came their were multiple other individuals who had all been waiting and they all said they had received this message prior so knew that check in was not as stated on the booking page. I asked the host why they failed to contact me, they said it was because I had a UK number. I found this to be very flimsy of an excuse. Ultimately all it required if you couldn't get hold of me through a phone call, they should have tried a text message, whatsapp or a message on booking. They could have put a note in the lobby door or answer the multiple calls. I was a pilgrim on the Via Podensis, this was my only night in a private room, it was my most expensive night however was my worst experience with accommodation whilst in France.
