It states there is AC there is no AC was absolutely miserable, there was no air coming out of the AC unit more like a fan.

Once the hotel is close to the airport we can hear noises during the night of the others guests arriving or leaving.

This was perfect - my wife had a seminar here immediately after our holidays, and so on our way back home from our holidays we spent a few days here. My wife could attend the seminar and I could work in our room. The staff is very nice and extermely helpful, there is a little shop in the lobby with food and other necessities, the breakfast was great, the restaurant very good and there was ample parking space. It's close to the airport but we never heard the planes. There is a well-equipped gym that I could use for free and the WiFi is good. I think I did twice the amount of work that I would have been able to do in my office. The seminar facilities were excellent, too. Unbeatable, especially for this price.

I didnt like the attitude of a lady at the reception for my request, but thanks to Enes in the reception, that he helped with my request in a very kind attitude. Because of Enes I will stay in your hotel next time!

While I had hoped for a pleasant stay, my experience was defined by a series of preventable problems. I would advise potential guests to be aware of the following: Poor Room Maintenance: The wallpaper in our room was peeling from the wall in several places, indicating a lack of upkeep. Lack of Communication: Staff failed to inform us at check-in that housekeeping required a specific service card to be placed on the door. This essential detail was completely omitted. Serious Billing Errors: We were erroneously charged twice for parking. The attempt to rectify this resulted in a third incorrect charge being made to our card. No Accountability: When we questioned the 5-day delay for a refund, the staff disclaimed responsibility, attributing the wait to banking processes rather than their own error. This combination of poor facilities management and unacceptable billing practices leads me to strongly advise against staying here.

Very clean and comfortable facility, not far from the Stuttgart airport. Friendly staff with reliable service to help with morning call and taxi booking. Nothing. Though on the day we stayed the A/C was not working, not anyone’s fault.

During I stay the hotel has problem for could water at bathroom, if I need a cool water I need to switch on the faucet for a few minute.

The hot water is available only few hours in the evening. So if you arrive late, there will be probably no hot water. The same in the morning, if you are an early bird. The parking occupation signs are not working, so you might enter believing it is free to find out that it is fully occupied.
