Plenty of outdoor parking. Rooms were clean. Safe as it’s next to a police station. Rooms were clean with a bottle of water and tea.

Overall it was clean, close to airport which was why we booked it The pillows and blankets smelled musty and dirty. All night long it sounded like people were running around in the room above us and slamming doors. We didn’t get any sleep.

Easy to get to, close to airport, caring staff and management it is an expensive $25 EUR taxi ride from/to the airport for a 8 minute drive, the hotel does not offer a shuttle.

The room was clean & nice. The staff very professional. The fact that the restaurant was closed and not noted or stated when we made our reservations. We had to walk in the cold almost 2 miles to eat.

Spacious room. Clean and functional. Well equipped. Comfortable. Outstanding breakfast with local specialities. Parking in closed-off car was not included but seemingly required.

My stay was an urgent case due to a cancellation of my flight. I appreciate that it was relatively easy to make a reservation, a friendly staff and quite a comfortable room. The breakfast was great and the internet quality and speed were above the average I've experienced in Germany. Very cold room, too dim lights for a person with a night-blidness, the location is far from the regular public transport. The price is too high and I'm strongly against the requirement to reveal "Nationality".

Location close to Stuttgart Airport (STR) was perfect. When I arrived, there was no one there at the front desk. Had time to try to call the hotel two times (with no one picking up) before someone showed up to check me in. From someone showing up, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Getting in and out of the parking garage took a lot longer than I liked, because you need a chip to open the barrier or someone needs to let you in.

Location, price and free freshly ground beans coffee at lobby for 24 hours. Beds and pillows were too soft and sound proofing between rooms was poor.

Top class hospitality in this hotel. We arrived night time with baby, guy working in reception his name Herr Schweitzer met us, he provided top class hospitality, tea, coffee, sweets and balloons for baby, he helps us with parking night time is well. Breakfast was amazing and all staff smiley faces. We had a great time and we definitely come back again. Thank you guys well done!!!
