The manager was not professional. Everyday WiFi issues. Fridge dirty

The hotel is one minute away on foot from a big supermarket, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also great. I had a shower, sauna and bathtub in my room to relax, that I did not expected to have. It is close to the airport (not next door). Also being there in October, the room was warm and cozy. I had a very friendly welcome! This is not a modern and new hotel, don't expect that when you book it. Also if you plan to walk from the airport maybe it is better to take a metro or taxi, as the tunnel under the airport is long and not for your lungs.

Picked this hotel as it was close to the airport but then the road was closed, making it super difficult to get to. We arrived late and all the doors were closed, but staff let us in and showed us our rooms. We were exhausted from the flight from the US, but it was a safe place to sleep and beds were comfortable.

upgraded room I asked three times invoice and I didn't receive it. This is not acceptable

Quirky room, interesting decor. Lively little bar and friendly host. Stone floor was a bit cold, but just kept my socks on., problem solved.

I did not stay at all, when arriving at reception to check in, I received a message that my replacement flight with KLM to Amsterdam the next morning at 6am was also cancelled, So I rerouted via London-Heathrow, home and London-Luton to Amsterdam the next morning. And cancelled the room reservation at the hotel desk. manager said that was no problem and wished me good luck with the flights. He confirmed my cancellation and now claims a no show, very cheeky! As he was actually the one not showing up at reception! At 6pm int he dark , slippery snow and Ice the hotel reception was pitch dark , closed, after 20-30 minutes ringing 3 different doorbells front ,back and next door, calling the emergency nr at one of the doors, he finally showed up. I was about to check in ,when the KLM message came through and he cancelled my room and called a taxi for me back to the airport. Cheeky reporting this as a no show, while I was waiting for my taxi . There was a massive argument with another hotel guest who was asking her money back as she had no heating and no hot water in her room and was going elsewhere. he refused point blank to reimburse her anything, and she could call her lawyer. That was not very professional and probably should have made me suspicious about my cancellation, but he confirmed my cancellation at the desk, let me leave with 'no problem' remark and then lied about a no show

Conveniently located close to Stuttgart airport. Check-in was very basic. POS did not work properly. Wifi did not cover the entire room. Bed linen not clean. Reception was not open in the morning (8:30AM) when I left the hotel.

Unusual and interesting décor. Shower and bath in room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The bar area in the entrance could have been tidier and more inviting. Beer on tap rather than in bottles would have been better.
