- Maria qui gère l'établissement était exceptionnelle, très accueillante, chaleureuse, très réactive et très disponible pour la moindre demande ou question. Même quand elle n'est plus sur site elle reste joignable par WhatsApp à tout moment. Besoin de suggestions pour des lieux à visiter ? Des restaurants ? Des activités à faire ? Un photographe pour un shooting? etc.. Maria est là pour vous ! - Excellent petit déjeuner très copieux - Très belle piscine.

My wife and I were treated like royalty here. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The room was beautiful and clean and the private hot tub was a great touch and a main part of the reason we stayed here. The included breakfast was incredible. It changed slightly every day and included both sweet and savory options which was perfect for us. Lastly, the host, Maria, could not have been more gracious and helpful. She gave us a full rundown of the island with recommendations for each major area and assisted with booking an ATV rental and catamaran tour. Highly recommend staying here. Nothing!

We stayed at Emerald for one night before flying home after a long week full of wedding events. For a couple who needed an easy and relaxing 24 hours, this place was perfect. Maria the receptionist/host was amazing and very friendly. We were placed in a new room upon arrival which was an upgrade and the facilities rounded off our holiday in great fashion that we are very grateful for. The breakfast also was very good and gave a lot of variety which we happily ate all up to start our day. Our only regrets is that we didn’t get to stay a bit longer than one night as the area was very scenic and away from the more lively Thira town. Can’t say a bad word about the place.

Breakfast was fantastic,so fresh and plentiful. Our location was in walking distance to everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The design is cute. The breakfast is amazing and very completed, but the Best of of is the girl at the fornt desk, Maria. She recommmened the Best places in Santorini. Our trip would have not been the same without her. We really recommend this place!!!
