The rooms were nice and clean. The plunge pool was a great addition to relax in after a busy day. Breakfast was fabulous freshly made on the spot. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t have the view I was expecting however this was my fault I should have researched better.

Nice selection of breakfast items. Large portions. Excellent service. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our holiday to Greece and this was the best breakfast we had. No hot water during our short stay, but this may be due to a city power outage while we were there

We had a great short stay at Hill Suites. The host was kind and very helpful, especially with our bags on arrival. We also used their private transportation service, which was on the pricier side, but we really appreciated the convenience. Being picked up smoothly from the port in a large SUV and dropped off directly outside the hotel made arrival effortless, and the early morning transfer to the airport was just as seamless. The included breakfast was excellent, with great service each morning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great size, making it an easy and relaxing place to unwind after exploring Santorini. The only improvements would be the bathroom amenities, as there was no hand soap provided and we had to use body wash instead. Even when we left the soap container open to indicate it was empty, it wasn’t refilled by housekeeping. Additionally, while the ground-floor room was convenient for access, it meant we couldn’t comfortably keep the windows open as the room was fully visible from the street. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main streets in Fira, which we didn’t mind as it was nice to be in a quieter area.

Everything was super clean! The room was spacious for a family of four with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was centrally located. Tomas was awesome! So friendly and hospitable! He made our stay so enjoyable! The breakfast every morning was made to order and plentiful. A little bit of an uphill hike with uneven steps to Fira but not unexpected.

We had a group of 4 people traveling and stayed in the suite that could sleep 6, we found it worked great. One bed was in a separate room, the other bed was connected to the bathroom/kitchen area. I believe the other 2 beds were the “couches” in the living room area, none of us slept on those but they seemed decently comfortable, the cushions were thick so I believe they could work as decent beds. There were 3 air conditioners which was perfect, one for the “living room area” and one for each bed. The bathroom area was plenty large for 4 people to spread out their stuff and not feel over crowded. The suite had the bathroom sink separate from the toilet and shower so people could use the bathroom and shower without taking the whole bathroom up. The view from the jacuzzi was gorgeous. Breakfast was perfect for us, plenty of options, nothing too fancy just very basic but done well (fruit, eggs, cappuccinos, toast, croissants) and they were very flexible if you wanted to change your order. Breakfast was made when you got to the table so it was all fresh and hot. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, any questions we had they answered right away and they helped us navigate around when we needed it. The villa was incredibly clean and quiet so no issues there, they provided separate jacuzzi towels which was a helpful addition. Overall this was a perfect stay for us with a view of the non-caldera side of the island, it was clean, quiet and in a good spot (12-15 min walk) to get to Fira for shopping and restaurants. The area where the jacuzzi was, was more of a shared space with the other villas, so it would have been just a bit awkward if there were other people using the other jacuzzi as they were pretty close to each other. I don’t necessarily fault them for it though as there’s only so much space to use and that’s not something that can be easily changed. Jacuzzi was warm, like a warm bath, which would have been perfect for when the weather is much hotter, we wished it could have been just a tad warmer when we were there as the evenings got windy and a bit chilly but it was not cold at all so we still got good use out of it. The only recommendation we had was the shower doesn’t seem to be quite sloped enough to the drain so we found water would run out of the shower and into the bathroom area, a quick fix for that would be putting a gasket on the bottom of the door to keep the water in. We managed by just putting towels in front of the door.

the public areas linking the jaccuzis to the room was extreamly slippery and requires attention in making it safer.

The hospitality was beyond amazing. They arranged transfer service for me, from the port to the hotel. They were good at communicating from the start, and kept in contact to make sure they had written down the correct ferry to pick me up from. From there, reception came to greet us right as we got off from the transport service. They helped carry our luggages and walked us through the amenities the hotel had to offer. The view from the hotel was stunning. They were responsive to the questions we had. I had a comfortable sleep and wished I could have stayed longer. The staff alone is worth the value!

The Tv was a smart TV and it turned on by itself and someone was screen casting pornography. Myself and my spouse and teenage son all saw it.

The room is spacious and nicely decorated. We loved that we had a private patio and hot tub to enjoy during our stay. The bathroom was simple but functional. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is made to order and we had it in the room as it was too cold to eat outside. We stayed here over New Years and were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco to ring in the new year! There is decent parking slightly uphill of the hotel that is not directly on the road. The room is not the most sound proof and we could hear people talking loudly outside. Luckily it was during the day and not while we were trying to sleep. Daylight also comes into the room fairly early and not all windows/shutters are fully covered to allow for total darkness in the room. The shower in the bathroom never really got hot water, which would be less of an issue in the summer months. We also had an ant invasion. We couldn’t figure out where they were coming from or why they suddenly were in the room, but we were able to manage it for the night and reported it in the morning (we didn’t want to disrupt them so late on New Year’s Eve). They are going to look into the cause of the ants further.

Breakfast was excellent. Tomas brought it to our room.

Staff was very attentive to my needs. The door lock got broken and they fixed it ASAP. The room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was good and very filling.

Nice and quiet location, balcony view is great. Bed room and bathroom are not at the same floor.

Hotel is very clean and new! You can enjoy the sea view for your breakfast or on your own private balcony / jacuzzi. Also, the staff is super super friendly and helpful! 100% recommended here if your stay in Fira❤️

Breakfast was lovely, served daily on the patio overlooking the ocean to the east. Really cant think of anything. We were sorry to leave our accommodation here

Great location with a short walk to the town center. The cave style suite worked great for our family of 4. Thomas was so kind and welcoming and made our stay wonderful. The breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.
