The hotel was beautiful and the location was amazing. The staff was very helpful in getting us transfers where needed and answering any additional questions we had. The room was gorgeous and very spacious. I was sad that the room advertised in the pictures was not the same room I received. The pictures are misleading as we did not have a private space or a view of the ocean. I should have investigated that more but that was a big disappointment. We were also not impressed with the breakfast. There were limited items offered, most of which we didn't eat.

Lovely staff. Beautiful accommodations. Our room was near the road but still we felt secure. Just would’ve been nice to be more secluded.

The staff and service were the most disappointing of my trip. They went above and beyond with turn down service yet requesting even basic housekeeping was a challenge. The pool staff were also unfriendly.

We were moved to Katikies Kirini in Oia prior to arrival due to delayed opening of the hotel. Katikies Kirini was absolutely amazing. So pristine it hurts your eyes Loved everything

Exceptional property and exceptional service. The views of the caldera are breathtaking from the room and private balcony. Can’t get enough of it. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved everything. But if I have to say one thing.. It’s a bit of a hike from the room to the town and not advisable for anyone with health conditions . But it is so worth it with the views of the caldera.

We love our welcome and the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, we felt right at home. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing and the location is super central. The furniture and room decorations are quite... I don't know, minimal? I just feel like it can be way more warm and cozy, especially compared to the rest of the hotel. The drain of the bath was clogged, we had a private outside area with some kind of pool, which had a pigeon living in the window above it so there was bird poo everywhere. Value for money is just not that good in my opinion.

It was very difficult to control shower temperature and switching.

- Free room upgrade - Bottle of wine and nibbles on arrival - Breakfast served to us late as a favour, which was a nice touch - Late check out free of charge - The bed was very comfortable - Reception, pool and restaurant staff were amazing and very helpful - Nice touches including Bvlgari toiletries - Very good breakfast, with menu provided every evening - Beautiful furnishings - Great location - My husband was being friendly & asked a staff member how long they had lived in Greece, the woman grunted, gave him a bad look, and completely ignored him. - Housekeeping knocked on our door three times to service the room, after we had told the reception when we would be going out. On the third time she aggressively took the “Do not disturb” sign & put it on the door. - Housekeeping walked in on me naked, after knocking once & immediately opening the door without waiting for a response. My husband was also in the shower at the time. The lady then stood holding the door open, & proceeded to try to come into the room once I had quickly covered up. It was obvious this was a bad time to come into our room, & we found this very arrogant. The lady neglected to apologise or say anything at all throughout the interaction. - We left a dirty night robe with our towels in the bath for replacement with fresh ones, as per the hotel instructions. We returned to our room and the dirty night robe had been hung back up instead of replaced. - The large sofa cushion at the end of our bed was very dirty on arrival, with food/dry skin still on the cushion. - My husband’s earplugs were thrown away from his nightstand. - None of our dirty plates were removed during evening service, & they dumped a toilet roll, some cartons of water and the breakfast menu piled up on the table in the middle of the room. The night before these had been nicely laid out in their appropriate places. - The rooms need some maintenance, one of the blinds fell down in the bathroom, & the aircon unit was leaking and had to be serviced during our stay. - We had to put the curtain onto the windowsill as the aircon unit was underneath, so the air couldn’t flow into the room. - We appreciated a bottle of cava left in our room, but we chose not to drink it as we aren’t big drinkers. We felt that some of the things we had complained about weren’t rectified before we left.

The staff was absolutely amazing! When we arrived for our honeymoon, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, some sweets, and a bottle of wine in our room. The breakfast was the best I've had in years, especially in hotels in Greece. We absolutely recommend!

Wonderful hotel in fantastic location in the middle of town. I little tranquil oasis in the hub of where you needed to be. Katrina looked after us so well, she remembered the things we liked even when we ourselves forgot! We were upgraded to a private pool room free of charge which was beautiful. The room was luxurious and spacious with gorgeous bulgari toiletries and a very comfy bed. Pool and pool area was super clean, very comfy beds and a breath taking view. The pinnacle of the stay was the breakfast. Such care and attention to detail was given. The food was all locally sourced and home made where possible and presented beautifully by extraordinarily attentive and caring staff. Nothing, we really could not fault the place
