Porto Fira Suites

The view was spectacular. We had our own private balcony and it was lovely to eat breakfast there every morning. The staff were absolutely amazing and the food was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch, and cocktails at the hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. It was nice to be able to relax there after a day of exploring. Each person we spoke to was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful in answering questions or providing recommendations. I would definitely come back and stay here again. N/A

breakfast served in room (outside the room , we had a terrace), staff called for taxis and excursions nd what's up was used mainly for accommodation. suggested by managers restaurants were easy to reach by strolling and served delicious food traditional and cultural. bars and restaurants do not know how to make bloody Mary cocktails :), all of available cocktails are sweet and delicious, but sometimes customers need bloody Mary

The views were incredible. The staff exceptional. And the breakfast delivered to our veranda was delicious!

Mayra and her team were exceptional! The staff was very helpful even when our AC broke, we were quickly given another room while the repair was being made. The hotel is just steps away from the main area of Fira. The porters carried our heavy luggage to and from the drop off point. Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was an absolute delight. Food and drinks can be delivered pool side! Lastly, the view from our room was incredible. Nothing like waking up each morning to the tremendous views of the caldera from your room. You will not be disappointed staying at the Porta Fira suites. Definitely worth every cent! Incredible hotel with amazing views!

For the price I didn’t feel like it was a luxury property

This is the best property we have ever stayed in, and what a view. The staff were so attentive and caring and they made our stay so enjoyable from the moment we arrived. As taxis etc cannot arrive anywhere near the hotel because it is on the cliff face Arrangements were made for the porter to carry all our bags from the meeting point down to the hotel which involved a lot of steps and the same again upon departure. The whole ordeal of getting to and from the hotel would have been very difficult without this service. The most delicious breakfast was served to us on our balcony every morning with lots of options to choose from. If we are lucky enough to visit Santorini in the future we would not consider staying in any other property and will certainly recommend it to anyone we know. Absolutely nothing.

It can feel like many stairs but it totally worths, in the end, it has an excellent and privileged view to Santorini and the volcano thanks to that.

Excellent staff, especially Mayra who went above and beyond expectations, scheduling taxis, entertainment and overall enhancing our experience. Location and rooms were beautiful. Delicious included breakfast served to our patio!! We don't know what could be better. We will be sure to include the Porto Fita Suites in our next trip to Santorini.

We loved this property! The staff were very friendly and accommodated both an early check in and late check out (perhaps due to shoulder season). The location is ideal in Fira near the main square. The views from our beautiful suite with private thermal pool were breathtaking. Appreciated the private transfers and hotel porters who carried our bags up and down all the stairs. The complimentary breakfast brought to our room each morning was absolutely delicious. We visited in early April so didn’t have to fight the crowds but it was nice to know we could simply enjoy the famous sunset from our own room! Nothing!

Absolutely magnificent property and such an attentive, friendly, helpful staff!!! Rarely have I encountered such a wonderful, personable staff, so helpful with every plan. And the facilities and location are absolutely exceptional. A uniquely wonderful experience. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

GREAT place to stay in the heart of Fira. Great views and a comfortable room with all necessary amenities. Jacuzzi with overlook on the patio for our particular suite. Staff extraordinarily helpful and go out of their way to make your stay welcome and pleasant. They do serve breakfast if you like. Each evening you can turn in your order along with your preferred time and they will bring a tray with breakfast, juice and/or coffee of your choice. Location is great, although, understand in Fira or anywhere on Santorini, you will climb steps. Porto Fira was closest to everything. Of special note - they will arrange pick up and/or transfer to the port or airport. Just let them know ahead of time. We asked for a rental car on one of our days and they arranged it. Having a car allowed free range to tour the island and then the company picked the car up next day at the airport. Very helpful. Highly recommend Porto Fira Suites. Musty sewer smell from pipes throughout most of our stay. Not overwhelming, but noticeable. Apparently it is normal for this throughout the island i’m told. Everything else about this place made up for that fault.

The views and the staff were simply amazing especially Miss Mayra on the front desk who was always ready to help with anything. As we went during off season, there was not much happening around Santorini and none of the good restaurants and activities were open. However the staff of Porto Fira was exceptional and made sure that we were able to spend quality time. We were also upgraded to a better suite as the one we originally booked had a foul smell coming from somewhere. All in all, it was one of the best stays we have had in a ling time. The hotel is located on a steep 1000+ feet downhill and the climbs to get to anywhere were not possible for more than 1-2 times a day. So basically anyone with any joint or age related issues would have a serious issue staying at this property. Otherwise, this property is second to none in Santorini.
