Take 2mins for water to heat up.

Room was not very clean there were so many hairs found in the room. And AC was also not working well on heating.

Great location right in Fira, close to everything. Very clean, friendly staff, and good value for money. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

If you are coming late, like me at 2 a.m. they will wait for you and have your bed ready ? This hostel is great if you need to do the late check-in :)

The room was great, lots of locker space (they provide keys and locks) and my room also had a lovely balcony. Each bed has a light and an outlet and the wifi here is great. There's a nice kitchen, a swimming pool, and free laundry. Also cute kittens hanging around was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend!

Location…3 min walk to the hub bus station to get all bus routes. Matthew is available and so helpful. It’s a fair value for the money….tight with limited space, and mattress wasn’t the best

Great location, central square right up hill with some great restaurants and bars as well as a view and easy 2 minute walk to bus station to get anywhere else on the island. Not sure they washed the blanket. Saw the cleaning person strip the bed of someone who checked out, folded it and put it back in the locker…

The location was perfect, being a short walk away from the Fira Bus Station. This makes traveling around the island (e.g., to Oia, to the ferry port) very convenient. Prices also seemed pretty competitive compared to other similar accommodations.

Just a couple of suggestions: The cleanliness of sheets and pillowcases could be better (if there are some stains that won't come off, throw the damn thing and replace it with the new one, someone might give you a bad score only for that)... And one teeny tiny bin for the whole room and 4 persons is just SO not enough, especially when it's also used to throw toilet paper in it. The one should come downstairs for each and every thing he wants to throw away if he doesn't want to pile it up in the room... Otherwise, keep up the good work and hope to see you again (soon)!

Brilliant location close to bus station into fira and oia and a late bus to and from oia which is only 2.50 euro which is cheap for transportation Lovely ice coffee cafe near the hostel and it has a swimming pool which is a nice addition for a hostel

The hostel has a fantastic location. Close to bus station and main square with lots of cafes and shops. From bus station to can get to Oia. Matthew is very frendly and hospitable. He helped me with a very important problem. Also the laundry is free which is fantastic. The room has a toilet and a fridge.

im abit upset when i arrive theres 2 empty lower bunk and i ask the staff can i have it, but they arange a up bunk for me, and both of the bottom bunk is empty till the day i check out. i dont know why.

I only stayed here one night. But, check in was easy, the staff were all very friendly, the place was clean. Definitely seemed like a safe place as most people in my room had their stuff out and not locked away, lol. I still locked my stuff up of course. The storage locker was big enough for my small checked bag and large backpack. I'm sure I could have kept a bag in their storage area if I didn't have enough space. Location is great, just a minute or so walk from the main shopping/restaurant area of Fira and right by the bus station. I would probably stay here again especially if I could get it for 30euro a night again! Bed wasn't too uncomfortable but could have been better. Also, would have been nice to have a curtain on the bed to sleep more privately without being bothered by other guests/lights going on and off. (some hostels do, some don't, no points off for that but just as a suggestion)

A truly great hostel with very comfy beds, great staff, wonderful guests, and really nice common areas. I loved it that I could leave my backpack ? after checking in and was able to shower in the communal showers. A bit pricey for a hostel but I guess it's the season and it's the expensive Santorini.

Mathew is amazing. Helpful, friendly, patient.. The bed is little uncomfortable .

Clean and organized kitchen. Social able atmosphere and outdoor area. Pool is clean and accessible. Location is perfect to city and bus.

the location of the place was of great, right meat the bust station and Mathew is a very nice welcoming guy.
