Everything! But the design is definitely a highlight, as well as location away from the main touristy area. Nothing. I was thoroughly impressed from beginning to end.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Small room around the area of closet.

The only downside was the location. On the map it appeared quite close to the main center, but in reality you have to walk along a somewhat isolated road to get there. It felt a bit unsafe, especially early in the morning and at night when there weren’t many people around. I also would have loved if the jacuzzi had been cleaner. There were flies in it, so I wasn’t able to use it during my stay.

Amazing staff, always able to help us with any questions we had! The room was perfect, what we needed and the breakfast was also great with daily changes that were always very yummy! Great location close to the heart of Thira :)

Location was perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants and main part of the town, yet far enough away that it was very quiet. The young lady that worked at reception desk and breakfast, was splendid, very helpful. Do not have anything bad to say.

We stayed at Neo Suites in Fira for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The suite was beautiful — very clean, modern, and comfortable, with an amazing sea view and our own private hot tub, which made the experience even more special. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to the center of Fira, but still peaceful and quiet. And the staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and discreet — they made us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived. It was everything we hoped for in a honeymoon stay. Thank you to the whole team! ? .

I liked everything. Very good location, clean and cozy. The staff was very nice and helpful (both Maria and Peneloppe). We arrived early in the morning, and they were very nice to arrange for us an earlier check-in. Maria took the time to recommend the best restaurants and things to do. The catamaran cruise at sunset was magnificent!

Property was close to everything in Fira, was very clean, nice and private, own pool made it feel really luxury, cleaning service was great, staff so friendly and approachable and easily contactable, breakfast had enough options, had a great stay and would recommend! No big main/communal pool area

I will start by saying that Maria and Penelope who runs the place are the best employees we’ve ever seen, helpful, joyful, and the nicest! Just what you need for a good holiday! The hotel is small but private and each room has its own space. The rooms are very clean, the pool gets clean everyday. The location in our opinion is better than staying inside the crowded streets of Fira Oia and it’s just a 3 minute walk from Fira Main Street, not too long drive to the beach or any other place in the island! 10/10

We enjoyed the privacy of our room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and answered all of our questions about the area. The location was conveniently close to everything we needed. We enjoyed having access to the fitness center. Our only complaint was that, on two different occasions, the house keeping or pool maintenance entered our room while the do not disturb light was on. We spoke with hotel reception about this issue.

Superb

We got a lovely room with a huge window overlooking the white houses and the sunrise, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in Neo Suites. Penelope helped us with booking a rental car for 1 day, a representative met us at reception next morning and we paid 40€ for 24 hours and left the car keys with Penelope when we were finished with the car. She also recommended some restaurants and we visited “Penelope’s restaurant” while we had a rental car, which turned out to be outstanding! It was a pleasure to be staying in this beautiful accomodation which reminded us of Wes Anderson films, and the breakfast was great. We were visiting Santorini in low season and they offered us breakafst in bed, which suited us 100%.

Everything was stunning! Very very friendly and helpful staff. Room was amazing, very clean and with a beautiful sea view. Plunge pool was clean and comfortable. The staff booked us really good excursion. I also booked a massage, really revitalizing! Breakfast was delicious. -

Location was good. The honeymoon suite to which I was free upgraded to was at a lower level, so less steps to climb. Pool was dirty. There was no water pressure. The first junior suite i had booked had no water at all sometimes and the TV didn’t work. I was then offered a free upgrade to honeymoon suite, which made things much better. The TV Worked and there was pressure in the water pipes. The drain was not very good as water retained. Many steps to climb, so a bit exhausting. Also the staff during checkin didn’t even offer to carry my suitcase and directly said he wont be doing so. So i would suggest not to carry heavy suitcases.
