Beautiful location! Stunning views from throughout the hotel! Everything was great!

The location was amazing and the view incredible!!! The staff really helpful and the rooms big and comfortable. The only “problem” for me personally were the stairs going up and down but this is the issue with Santorini and not the hotel’s fault.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. My experience was far below acceptable standards. The room was completely different from the photos shown at the time of booking. The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The most serious issue was the presence of bed bugs. I was bitten repeatedly during my stay, and as a result, I have developed rashes and bite marks all over my body. This has caused me significant discomfort and distress. In addition, the breakfast was of very poor quality and did not meet even basic expectations. What makes this even more disappointing is that there were many other hotels in Santorini offering much better facilities and services at a lower price than what I paid for this hotel. Unfortunately, I trusted the listing and expected a much higher standard based on the photos and description provided. Due to the misleading room presentation, the uncomfortable bed, the poor breakfast, and, most importantly, the serious hygiene issue caused by bed bugs, I believe this stay was completely unacceptable. I respectfully request a full refund of the amount I paid. I have photos of the bed bug bites and other evidence to support my complaint if required. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution. Totally disappointed

Location!

This was an amazing alternative to a typical Santorini stay with an incredible caldera views. Nice hotel with great rooms. Sizable swimming pool was an added bonus on a hot days and nice recovery from Santorini stairs! I highly recommended it! As long as you don’t mind stairs, everything was perfect.

The location was great and the view is fantastic. However, breakfast needs a major improvement. Breakfast was very limited and quality was not good for this level of the hotel.

The location is fantastic with beautiful views The property is in need of attention. We were given an inferior room to the one we booked and there was a questionable stain on our bed. We had to argue to get a clean room comparable to the photos of the room we had selected and paid for. The receptionist was unfriendly on check in and then not at all apologetic about the dirty bed and the inferior room. What was even more frustrating was that there were rooms available more like the one we had booked but we were given a horrible one to begin with. Who were they saving the decent rooms for? The pool chairs are old and grubby looking. The tables were dirty as were the menus. No water provided - unlike every other hotel we have stayed in. Even hotels which were less than half the price provided water on arrival. Breakfast was abysmal.

Location Jacuzzi was broken, getting someone to fix it proved to be both a headache and impossible. We were finally moved to a room with a working Jacuzzi on the final evening of our trip. Staff agreed to a refund in writing and then did not honor it. Booking.com says there is nothing they can do despite the written confirmation by the property.

Excellent location, close to town but more secluded than most of the other properties. Views were incredible and the pool area was a chill place to spend the morning. Many steps connect this cliffside property, and while the porters can help with the luggage you still need to go up and down the steps every time you come back during the day.

Facilities in the room

The view was fabulous. The breakfast was modest but delicious. The room was comfortable and the staff kind and accommodating. Initially found it a wee bit difficult to locate but that was due to the map on the phone. Otherwise, perfect location close to the action but slightly off to the side so it’s quiet.

Absolutely beautiful place! Amazing breakfast! Highly recommend Steps a little rough but you must expect this when staying right on the water. A little difficult to find as GPS couldn’t find it.
