Everything was amazing we enjoyed our stay at Santorini palace
-
Close to the city

Beautiful place and great location .

Everything was great, from the welcoming team upon arrival to the ushering to our room and the size of the room + the view. We were offered a better room for the view. They also provide a great range of options at breakfast and have great cocktails if you are chilling at the pool. Recommed 100% Nothing

Very modern hotel with excellent amenities. The front desk staff were friendly, but after that you don’t really communicate with staff. The breakfast was very good and lots of selection. The pool area is beautiful with amazing views and lots of seating. Although pool is nice, this place had a colder feel to it. Lots of people just lounging - nobody really swimming or having “fun”. The lifeguard completely ruined it for our kids, who are 12 and 13. He would not let them swim in the deep end (6 feet) because they were “kids”. What a joke! They know how to swim and we the parents are right there supervising as well. He ruined the two days for my kids. If you are with family and kids, don’t come here.

The location of the hotel was great, you enjoy a panoramic view of the island with wonderful breeze, even during warm days.

Friendly hotel staff. Nice room ,simple but Ok Every thing was OK
-
Great location, clean and well-appointed rooms, excellent service by very nice staff Note that the hotel is on a hilltop so some incline is involved when coming back from town

The breakfast was impeccable, with excellent quality and a great variety of options. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of wardrobe space for our belongings. The hotel is very well maintained, has a great location, and offers nice facilities, including a gym. We would also like to recognize the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. A special thank you for allowing us to continue using the hotel’s facilities after check-out and even take a shower before leaving, which made our trip much more comfortable. There was nothing major to complain about. Overall, the experience was very positive, and any issues were minor and did not affect our stay.

Location and room size with balcony was perfect Noisy in the morning; hair dryer on the wall was useless; nowhere to hang towels; front desk messed up our departure taxi which led to a stressful morning for us. Every other hotel on our trip provided a bottle of wine and treats for my daughter’s birthday at check in except for this one.

Delicious breakfast, very welcoming staff, clean It’s located on top of a hill making it difficult to walk up and down if you are up in age. Not centrally located. About a 15 minute walking into town.
-
We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Everything was perfect: excellent location, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room, tasty breakfast. We appreciate that we were accommodated earlier than the regular check-in time.
-
Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
-
Staff and location were exceptional -- I was very satisfied! They had to move me to another room due to a drain issue -- but it was a better room! No matter the issue, the GREEKS are wonderful people -- they're going to make it right with a smile ☺️

Great hotel in a nice location. We can walk to Fira town. The sea view is in the East side so we didn’t get to enjoy the sunset.

Everything the stuff, the property, the location, the food everything was amazing
-
Great staff and service. Beautiful pool area and spacious rooms Unable to see caldera
-
We had to go out on the street to reach the breakfast area as we were assigned to another building.

The Santorini Palace is ideally located in FiroStefani, easy to walk to busy Fira or to Imerovigli. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by. The hotel is owned by a chain and is a bit cold that way. The staff is extremely attentive, welcoming and friendly. We were staying in the lower part of the resort, with our private pool. It is important to note that the hotel is NOT facing the caldera. The biggest complain is the breakfast, terrible products (LIDL) in terms of taste and quality, poor coffee. Probably one of the worst breakfast ever experienced.
